Tucked away near the slopes of Scenic Bald Mountain in Dedham your suite is a great jump-off point to Bar Harbor, Acadia NP, Belfast, Camden and Rockland. Which are (Approximately 55-70 minutes) from your suite.

• You will enjoy a Beautiful 2 Bedroom-1 Bath ground floor Suite attached to this beautiful home that features its own private keyless entry. (No need to meet anyone for keys).

After a day of exploring Acadia National Park, Relax outside on your private deck for dinner, cool off in the pool or gather around the fire pit for stories and s’mores.

• We are also ideal for couples, families and singles who want to get away for a weekend or a one night stay.

• If you are looking for Peaceful wooded surroundings and Mountain views nearby this is it. The only sounds you will hear are the sounds of nature.

• We have family friendly hiking trails close by on Bald Mountain with great Mountain top views of the Sunrises and Sunsets. Bald Mountain also has incredible views of the surrounding area that will not disappoint on a clear day.

• You will also enjoy great views of the night stars on a clear night from the private deck of your suite or on the pool deck.

• Mountains Edge Suite is a 1-7 day private property rental. Longer stays must be approved by the owner.

Rural Getaway

I scheduled a “rest day” here in the middle of our jam packed vacation and this property was perfect. We were able to make breakfast and relax by the pool. Our hosts were tremendously helpful in ensuring we had a lovely time.

Peace and Quiet

Beautiful accommodations! Extremely clean, well stocked, and very comfortable! The pool is such a luxury! I especially loved the hiking nearby. The sunset on Bald Mountain was incredible. I would recommend this place to anyone and hope to return soon!

Beautiful Space

This house was comfortable and welcoming. The decor was pretty and everything was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable and the temperature was perfect. The kids loved the pool.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay while bringing our son up to UMO. The property was super clean, quiet and peaceful. Kim was so personable and welcomed us when we arrived and was extremely prompt in answering my questions before we arrived. A perfect stay!

Although we only stayed for one night on our way to Acadia, Kim and Dan were fantastic! Everything about the stay was excellent including response time, kindness, suggestions on sights, and Acadia tips. The kitchenette was perfect, beds were comfortable, hot water was actually hot, and the remoteness allowed for a peaceful rest and absolutely beautiful overlook of the property. We highly recommend Kim and Dans place while in the area.

Couple getaway

This apartment was even better than we expected. Kim thought of everything we might need and provided it. Bed was comfortable and everything was spotless and in good condition. Highly recommend. About an hour drive from Acadia.
