Summary:

Closest to the beach, walk out your door, a few steps you are at the water.



The Space:

Feels like home but ON THE BEACH !!! Listen to the sounds of the surf and enjoy sunrise AND sunsets from the lanai.

This ground floor condo has easy beach access, while being set away from the parking lot for less noise disturbance.

You will not find a condo closer to the beach on the whole island. Our beach is great for swimming, boogie boarding and just relaxing. Save money by preparing your meals in our full kitchen or using our gas grills by the pool.

We are close to supermarkets, shopping, restaurants and many activities.

Lae nani condos are known as the Jewel of the Coconut Coast.... enjoy the new and renovated Coconut Marketplace next door.

Newly installed split system A/C in bedroom for added comfort.

Guest Access:

Our guests have access to our great pool, bbq`s, free parking and wifi as well as our tennis court, not to mention the beach which is only a few steps away.



The Neighborhood:

We are close to a number of good places to dine, shop and also activities. Sleeping Giant is behind the condos where you can hike or take a kayak up the Wailua River to Secret Falls. Also Opaekaa Falls is only a short drive.

The Kauai multi-use path in in front of the condo and goes all around the bay to the Lydgate Beach Park



Getting Around:

We have the Kauai Bus, Taxis, Uber and Lyft but we recommend a rental car to enjoy all there is on the island.

Check-in time is 4 p.m.

Checkout time is 10 a.m.

unless different times are arranged in advance.

Great place. Very warm and inviting. Beautiful sunrises. Great location, close to amenities but still off the main roads. Walkable restaurants near by. Love the gardens. Having the extra half bath was great. Not alot of stairs was a bonus too. Would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Beautiful location

Beautiful, Serene, Lae Nani

This is our third trip to Kauai, and our second stay at Lae Nani. A beautiful property with immaculate grounds and facilities. Tina and her team at Vacation Dreams made our stay perfect. all details were considered, communication, cleanliness, comfort of the condo, etc. We will be back. Thanks Tina.

We had an amazing stay at this unit! From the moment we booked, the communication was excellent—quick, clear, and very helpful. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering questions promptly and providing great recommendations for the area.The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach. It’s also close to shops and restaurants, which made exploring the island very convenient.The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Loved our little slice of paradise!

My wife and I loved staying at this condo. With views and only a few steps from the beach, it was perfect for us. We drank our coffee every morning on the lanai while watching the waves crash on the beach. Condo was well stocked with the basics including everything that we needed to cook a few meals during our stay. We really appreciated the attention to detail on the landscaping on the grounds of Lae Nani.

A Wonderful Relaxing Retreat

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful condo. Beautiful panoramic views of the ocean and literally steps to the beach. My husband was recovering from an injury during our vacation, so we weren’t as adventurous as we usually are and spent a good deal of time at the condo. It was wonderful to be able to walk out the back door and straight to the beach. We never felt cooped up regardless of how much time we spent there. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely

This condo is in an amazing spot on the property. Terrific views, beautiful grounds and very clean. We had a plumbing issue and it was handled immediately. Cleanliness is soo important to me and the cleaning people did a terrific job! The one improvement I suggest is replacing the beach chairs soon as they have definitely gotten a lot of use. This was our first time in Kauai and we are so glad we stayed here. Hoping to come back in a few years.

1st time to Kauai

This was the best!!!! The condo was great It was everything I was looking for. The TV in the bedroom wasn't working right. Needed channels to be added but that wasn't a problem. The patio was awesome and the fact our beach was steps away was awesome and did I mention the ocean was soooo warm!!!! Will most definitely be back!!!

Beautiful escape!

This was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the island and spend time with family. Communication was great and the whole process to book was so easy. The property has a gated entrance and felt very secure while at the same time with great access to a public beach and neighboring properties with great restaurants. The Coconut Marketplace is within walking distance so you really don’t even need to leave this piece of paradise to eat, shop or find something active to do. The condo had everything we needed and the most amazing views of the ocean with a beautiful grass frontage outside the patio. We even had the opportunity to see a meteor shower over the ocean while we were there. Just amazing! This condo is perfect and can’t wait to stay there again!

Exceeded Our Expectations

The online pictures do not capture the beauty of this condo~ truly magnificent location... a short walk through the lush grass to what seemed like a secluded beach with soft sand, the kitchen was stocked as if I was @ home, the artwork in the condo was vintage Hawaiian, bath towels and ocean toys were 1st class, the cold AC made for great sleeping and the MATRESS, better than the Four Seasons. We will be back!!! Plus- the room # is my wife's birthday :) Thanks for such a great experience!

Hidden Gem

I could spend all day describing this place and it will never do it justice! We enjoyed waking up before sunrise with coffee listening to the ocean and a short walk to watch the sunrise every morning. Cute bar/restaurant next door on property (if you don't want to leave, and you dont😁) 10 min walk to shops and restaurant (coconut marketplace) perfect location to drive to different areas on the island. There is no air conditioning, except in bedroom which was fine by us. Bed extremely comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need. There are beach chairs and umbrella if you head to the beaches. Planning on returning next year!!

Best view on the property!

The ground level view of the nearby ocean across the immaculate lawn is one of the best on the property. If you want to look out from the lanai and not see any other man made structures between you and the ocean, then this is the place for you. Air conditioner in the bedroom was very helpful for a good night's sleep when the humidity is high. This is a quiet more secluded property with attentive landscaping and friendly security. Short walk to shopping center and restaurants. Easy no hassle check in and out. Highly recommended if a ground level walk out view is your goal.
