The privacy was wonderful! Having the beach and sunrises every morning was awesome! Great location, a little loud at night being in a busy street location. Lots of sirens and dump trucks etc thru the night. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfy.

Our experience here was a let down to be quite truthful. Our first impression was the obvious that the unit is in desperate need of some TLC. And it seems a lot smaller and dingey than the pictures show. Do not expect anything above the bare minimum, we had dirty dishes & silverware in the cupboards upon arrival, no kitchen towels or hot pads provided for removal of food from the oven, the beds were so uncomfortable, laundry is coin operated and 3 PER wash, 3 PER dry….the bbqs worked for us once, and one day water was dripping out of the light fixture in the kitchen. The pros that I can list are the host is very friendly and communication is great, the lanai is a plus, people were very friendly, no bugs or creatures, the pool is a great pool and most of the time we had it to ourselves, GREAT location and very close to a small beach, and loved the lanai from the bedroom as well.

Jenny it was nice communicating with you and looked like your family had a lovely visit. Our pictures are not enhanced to mislead you in anyway. We also noticed some scratches on the floor upon check out that I do not believe was there prior to your arrival as I am sure you would mention it to us as well. We shared your concern with the owner. It is odd to me that you expected free laundry as well when it is clearly stated in the description. Excellent location! This property has a lot of potential but the cleanliness is really lacking. I know I didn’t pay a super expensive price but it wasn’t dirt cheap so I expect a cleaner better maintained property. Also I did take into account this is the beach so things get dirtier and fast however cleaning basic things like windows, dusting window seals for cobwebs and major dirt, corners in bathroom floors etc goes a long way. Also, things like putting a mirror in the master bedroom on a wall to help with number of people trying to get ready upstairs would help. The spaces are very small and as a family of four we did struggle. We appreciated the extra fans in the house to help cool the heat, as well as the beach gear. You can tell the kitchen was once well stocked but needing some help as some items were broken or didn’t exist. Lastly the safe in the house was closed and locked when we arrived. I called the agency for assistance and was told to look for a key near the safe. I couldn’t locate it and honestly it was a hassle to have to call again and try to find a solution. It would have been much easier on me if the agency just came over and dealt with it. No follow up on it either. Next time I’ll likely find another place with in unit laundry and cleaner considering the price point.
