This home is a hidden gem in the heart of the beautiful, upscale neighborhood of Villa Park.
It is 5 mins away from 55 freeway, 10 mins to Old Town Orange, shops and restaurants, 5 mins to scenic bike trails, hiking trails, 15 mins to Disneyland, 25 mins to Anaheim Convention Center and Honda Center, 25 mins to all Orange County beaches.
This one story, 2100 sq ft home features open layout with high ceiling, spacious living room and an abundance of natural lighting. The kitchen is modern and fully upgraded complete with a chef's dream island, perfect for cooking up delicious home cooked meals.
A couple steps away is the cozy family space, complete with signature fireplace perfect for intimate conversations and family bonding.
Step into the game room and hang out, have some drinks, enjoy a game on the big screen tv, and play a few rounds of foosball or arcade games.
Finally step outside and enjoy a swim in the sparkling pool. Backyard is large and comfortable, with fruit trees and complete with bbq grill and hang out space ideal for enjoying the beautiful weather in Southern CA.
Beds are cozy and comfortable with memory foam mattresses, plush comforters and extra blankets.

I have an awesome husband and a beautiful daughter who I spend most of my time with when I'm not working. We love to go on hikes in the mountains, hang out at the beach, travel, cook, and explore new restaurants because we love to eat!
