We highly recommend this home, especially for families. The house is nicely designed and comfortable, with little details from the host, including snacks and information about every possible need for the house. The host was also very responsive when needed. The location on a quiet side street is also convenient to restaurants and Disney. Our teenagers really enjoyed the amenities, including the heated pool and the Wii. It is a spacious layout that allows for everyone to have their space (and bed). We also loved the large dining room table that allowed for all of us to be together and the comfortable layout in the living rooms. Given the updated design, amount of space, location, and gracious host, this rental is perfect for a family gateway!

A family of seven, plenty of room for everyone, the pool and backyard provided the perfect afternoon breaks. Nice quiet neighborhood very convenient to Disney and other attractions. Would definitely stay again! Only needed the host one time to help with turning on pool heater and she was friendly and helpful! Couldn't find one bad thing to say about it!

Clean and close to Disney

We enjoyed the house; very clean and large for 8 people staying. Bunks were great for kids and tvs in all rooms was convenient. The pool was nice although parts of it are crumbling into the pool - hurts when you step on them! The game room was a hit with the kids and adults. One photo does have a volleyball net pictured which I think was just for photos (owners said they never had one). The one floaty (unicorn) would not hold air. Overall, a nice place and very comfortable.

Great for families with kids

Our family of older adults found our stay here very pleasant and comfortable. It’s very well stocked and situated for families with children with the pool and pool toys, games room, etc. Disneyland is a short Uber drive away. The neighborhood feels clean and safe. The photos in the listing were very well staged — we found the actual furnishings and amenities to be a bit simpler and austere in comparison, though still comfortable enough for our purposes. It feels very much geared towards families with children.

Awesome house near Disney!

Great location and neighborhood. Only a mile from Disney area. Liked the pool and grassy area in back. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen space.

Great property in a nice neighborhood near Disney!

Really great house that has been updated with new fixtures and furniture. We had a group of 10 with dogs staying here during the NYE holiday. Plenty of room for all of us to prepare and share meals. Great back yard with a pool (too cold to swim in December).Neighborhood is in a quiet residential area. You'd almost don't realize how close to Disneyland you are (until you hear the fireworks every night). Area felt safe and clean. We could walk the dogs at night and the neighbors were friendly.A bit too far to walk to the Disney parks, but a quick 10 min drive (pending traffic) to the lot or drop off. Also a quick drive to Target or restaurants that aren't packed with tourists and are a lot cheaper.We'd definitely consider staying here in the future. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect Stay for Family Reunion at Disneyland

We have stayed at other VRBOs near Disneyland, and this has been far and away the best. It was perfect for our needs. Well maintained, clean, great location, everything you expect from a VRBO. I would highly recommend this place and will try to stay here again the next time we travel to Disneyland.

Great Disney Getaway

This property was perfect for our family get together for the Thanksgiving holiday !! We had elementary thru teen kids and lacked for nothing, loved the ping pong and pool and TV access. The house was fully stocked with plenty of linens , dishes, toys, everything we needed being from out of town. The home is spotless and in excellent condition . We enjoyed walking to downtown Disney every day and the near by park. The pool can only be heated to 82 degrees so just know that during the chilly months may not be warm enough at times but we were able to work with that. Cannot recommend this property and company enough!

Great VRBO!!

This place was awesome! So close to disneyland & adventure city. The house was clean & provided everything we needed plus some! There was cleaning supplies toys games coffee & more. Little bummed the pool heater didnt work for us. Definitely recommend!!

Great house, very close to Disney

Stayed here for a week with a total of 9 other family members. House was fantastic - just like the listing if not better. Everyone loved the pool. House was clean and well stocked. And location was excellent - close to everything we needed, especially Disney!

Better than advertised

Property was very clean and comfortable. It is in a great location for a ton of activities, and plenty of things to enjoy at the house during down time. A/c in the garage/game room worked great, and the pool was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Clean and modern home with super easy drive/access to Disneyland. Bonus was being able to see the nightly Disneyland fireworks from the homes front lawn. Backyard areas could use a little sprucing up but pool was welcomed, and inside was clean and ample for our immediate/extended family ages 2-70. Nice place and recommend to other for their Disneyland stay.

Family stay

I wish that there would have been more condiments available, I have stayed at many places and it's nice not to have to buy those items, we left alot when we left but when we arrived there was very little. We wanted to open a coconut but no hammer and we wanted to swat the files that came in after 3 kids left the door open but no flyswatter-I would recommend those as being available. The sleeping accomodations were great as was the neighborhood and the garage with gaming. Outdoor area for eating was lovely. We always try to leave a place as clean as we found it but we brooms, ect were a little lacking.

Excellent property

We had a wonderful stay here. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers and there was plenty of space and privacy for all. Highlights for us were the games room and pool. We also really appreciated a well stocked kitchen with all the basics you would need for an easy stay. Actually everything was easy - contact free checkin, contact with Kathy via text whilst we were there, good communication with Trevor during the months before check in, plenty of towels, linen etc. It couldn't have been better. Excellent location to Disney. We got around using Ubers which was fine. Target supermarket just a mile down the road. We weren't bothered by the signs and cameras about noise at all. It was nice to sit and have a quiet coffee by the pool in the morning and by 10pm at night we were tired from the day so were more than happy to go inside and do our own thing. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

The best vacation rental experience

My family loves staying in vacation rentals, and in all our years this is the best one. They have truly thought of every detail that you’d need during your stay and made sure to provide it. The kids loves the game room and the pool. I loved cooking in the kitchen (it had everything you could possibly need). The place was absolutely spotless and taken care of. The location is perfect. We were 5 minute drive from Disneyland. This was the absolutely perfect house for our Disneyland vacation.

Very close to Disney

Very convenient to Disney - we were able to take a break during our days at the park, come back to play in the pool, relax and then go back for evening; house very comfortable for large group; disney fireworks are not completely visible (not at all to short people); pool cleaning comes twice a week and yard maintenance once a week - a little inconvenient during our stay - but keeps property clean and tidy.

Awful

When we showed up the cleaners were still there and cleaned for 2 hours Management company is unresponsive and when you finally do talk to someone they are rude and not helpful and leave you on hold for hours to avoid you Many issues with the house and customer service. All I can say is do not rent here We had max amount of people that are allowed at house and they said we had a party Also the neighbors are Karen’s and harassed us every time we were outside Seems like the neighbors don’t want the rental there and doing the most to make it bad for the guests and the management company too over it even want to help or deal with it. Currently opening an investigation with vrbo as we were treated so terrible and we’re not helped

Comfortable and Clean

We met our adult children and 2 grands for vacation.The home is easy to find, beautiful safe neighborhood. The pool is clean and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked and laundry facilities clean and modern. The bedding is upscale and clean. Plenty of towls with extra for pool time. This is a beautiful home with fantastic, comfortable clean furnishings. We loved our time here.
