This 2 story home has it all. You enter on the main floor with a great room with views, cozy furniture, gas fireplace and TV. This room is open to the dining area and the well stocked kitchen. You can get out to the back yard from the dining room where you will find the hot tub. The laundry room and 1 car garage are adjacent to the kitchen. There is a powder room near the entry. You will also find the king bed master suite on the first floor.

Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms. One with a king bed and the other with a trundle bed with a full on top and a twin on the bottom. Both access a common full bathroom. There is also a nice office room, sitting room that overlooks the living room and also a large media / play room for the kids to hang out.

This is a new home but will not disappoint. From this home you can walk to a number of restaurants and shops or get on your bicycle and enjoy the many miles of our bike path. There is also plenty of room for your cars to be off the street.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

Some outside pictures do show a fire pit, however, it is not allowed to be used per HOA regulations. If used, there may be a fine of up to $1,000.

This home is now pet friendly. There is a 75.00 pet fee per dog along with a refundable 100.00 pet deposit per dog. There is a 2 dog maximum unless otherwise authorized.
