Located in the heart of downtown Richmond! This historic modern-day Loft was designed with a vibe reflecting Richmond's history and love. This is an absolutely breathtaking space and is the perfect place to cohabitate or enjoy solo.
Third Floor Apartment with Full Elevators and smart check-in. This loft is located right next to the Canal, close to the James River, walking distance to the Virginia Capital Bike Trail plus so many restaurants and other sites! Most guests park on the street without a hassle. However, for convenience, there is a parking lot across the street from the building. You can pay for parking using the kiosk when you enter the lot. There are also rideshare apps such as Lyft, Uber, and Bird Scooters.

Excellent Stay

The location is very ideal and walkable to Shockoe bottom restaurants and various other shops. The check in process was seamless and the loft itself was amazing. I will definitely book again the next time I return to the city.

Nice place

Enjoyed staying here, very clean, perfect for two people. We got there after dark and it was difficult to find parking/the entrance to the apartment. If we could have gotten there in the daylight though I don’t think it would have been an issue.

Unprofessional and Dishonest Host

My friends and I quickly noticed the air conditioning unit was broken after checking in. It felt like a sweltering furnace in the place, even after opening all the windows. It was so hot that we were unable to sleep properly (this was during a muggy Richmond summer). I promptly contacted management to see if it could be fixed. They offered to come the next morning to fix it. While I appreciated the gesture, I made the reasonable request of also receiving a refund for the first night’s stay only, as the unit was practically uninhabitable with the heat. Not only was I stonewalled by the host, but he lied to me twice, stating that he couldn’t issue a refund because “someone had booked the property after us.” This is simply not true and a complete fabrication. Two seconds of google searching and a quick call to VRBO customer support revealed this to be a lie. Completely unprofessional and dishonest behavior from this host. Stay away, your money is better spent on a host who cares about their guests and not swindle them out of money.

This isn’t all true. While the AC was malfunctioning due to the building itself having an issue. I was very hands on as he mentioned. I offered to have my own property manager come that night to check it out. The guest refused and wanted my property manager to fix it in the morning. He then pushed the time back to 3pm. Either way my property manager came by at the time he requested. We were able to fix the issue. The guests asked for a refund and I assured him that this can’t be possible if he is still staying in the unit. You can check the dates I did not have a guests coming the next day. This accusation doesn’t make sense because it has nothing to do with his stay. I agree this was an inconvenience and I offered a late check out which he refused. Again because he refused to check out I was unable to issue a refund. I extended my apologies you can tell from my reviews this was a one time thing which was beyond my control.

Average stay

The property was as listed, however the key wasn't in the lockbox when we arrived and it took several calls from myself and VRBO customer service to reach the host to inform them of this. We waited an hour for someone to arrive with a key. Parking isnt convenient unless you pay the $15 daily for the lot across the street from the building. The unit was fine, but the bathroom wasn't at the level of cleanliness that I was expecting. There was dust along the floor boards, hair on the tub and sink as well as a slow drain in the shower/tub. There was also an issue with the remote control turning on both televisions simultaneously, hard to control the situation without another person standing upstairs with their hand over the sensor on that television to disrupt the signal, so only one television is being controlled otherwise both will play. The clock on wall in living room area is an hour behind and the alarm clock upstairs is set for 11:00 pm. That sound going off at 11:00 pm was a bit of a surprise. The bed is a little uncomfortable and I wouldn't recommend this place if you're tall, as the ceiling is super close to the bed. Overall acceptable....

Cute apartment !

The apartment was very cute, exactly what we needed but parking was a nightmare, just been easier to say park in parking garage with address. But overall, it was fun for a non city girl!
