As you enter the building, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer ensures you have all the independence you need for a peaceful stay. A few steps higher, the apartment opens onto an elegant and functional first floor. Discover a spacious living room bathed in light. Settle into the cosy living room with its comfortable sofas, welcoming armchairs, large television and coffee table, perfect for relaxing. The room flows harmoniously into a majestic dining table for 10 guests, ideal for sharing meals and memories, before leading to a chef's kitchen. Fully equipped (oven, microwave, Tassimo and filter coffee machines, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, induction hobs, extractor hood, American fridge), it offers everything you could possibly need to prepare gourmet breakfasts or refined dinners. Also on this level, enjoy a cosy first bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and storage space, as well as an elegant bathroom with a large shower and toilet.

Take the staircase to the upper floor, a true haven of peace: three spacious bedrooms with double beds (140x200) await you, including a superb master suite with a double bed and a pull-out bed, perfect for families. The private corridor of the master bedroom leads to an additional toilet, a large dressing room for optimal storage and an exceptional bathroom: a spa bath, large shower and double washbasin create an ideal wellness area to recharge your batteries after a day of discovery.

A travel cot is available free of charge for the little ones, as well as everything you need for your daily comfort (vacuum cleaner, iron, etc.).

There is no private parking available with the accommodation. However, you can park your vehicle in the streets near the accommodation at the rates in force in the city. The Vieux Marché underground car park is located in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation and respecting the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide your bank details via a secure link in order to finalise your booking and obtain the access codes for the accommodation.

1. Bus: Several bus lines pass near the Place du Vieux Marché.
Lines such as the F2, F3, 6, and 7 can take you to various destinations in Rouen and the surrounding area.

2. Metro: The Palais de Justice metro station is a few minutes' walk from Place du Vieux Marché. You can take the T1 or T2 line from this station to other parts of the city.

3. Tram: Although the tram does not pass directly through Place du Vieux Marché, you can easily walk to one of the nearest tram stops, such as ‘Palais de Justice’.

## Notes

Please note that the building does not have a lift and the apartment is located on the ground floor but is accessible via steps and is on two levels. People with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases may have difficulty accessing the apartment.

Arrivals are independent for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 4pm and departures must be made by 11am at the latest.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the apartment, all our guests receive household linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with a kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel change, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Upon confirmation of your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes for our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, babysitting, gourmet boxes, tourist visits, event planning (marriage proposals, birthdays, themed rooms, etc.) and much more! The property is gorgeous.It looks just like the photos,the beds are very comfortable & there is SO much space.We loved Rouen,and the location is phenomenal-right in the centre of everything;boulangeries & cafes everywhere.There is a small grocery store a block away that had everything we needed.We were able to park our car about 200m away at the Place de Vieux Marche parking garage,very accessible.As others have mentioned,it is pretty noisy as there are 3 clubs across the street on either side,that are open until 2am, & the windows don't block much sound. I found playing some brown noise on my phone blocked most of it out, and slept well after that.The kitchen is very well equipped.There were only two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom,silly for a 4-bedroom place.The laundry is inside the main entry downstairs.We didn't use it as it was unplugged and felt inaccessible, with no instructions. The host provided one dishwasher tab and one laundry tab so we had to buy more.There was a bad smell in the WC upstairs also.We had a problem with communication once we were there.There was a low-battery chirp on a fire alarm in the mech space next to our front door. We wrote them about that on the 2nd of our 7-day stay, as well as to ask about getting an extra key, and never heard back. We were provided with one key for 4 people.The main entry locks automatically & a key is needed to lock the apartment door. It makes it hard if you are going out separately. Minor things-we loved it!

L’appartement est très bien placé et équipé, nous étions 7 tout confort ! Les rues sont bruyantes par contre et cela s’entend pas mal sur les chambres du haut
