Welcome to this charming flat, ideally located in Rouen. Discover a pleasant place, designed for your absolute comfort.
This pretty F2 has a pleasant, bright living room with a sofa bed, a fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room with WC.
The living room features a sofa bed, television and dining table.
The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. You'll be able to prepare delicious meals with ease, thanks to a range of equipment including oven, microwave, cooker, mini-fridge, dishwasher, extractor fan, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and a wide selection of kitchen utensils.
The shower room has a shower, toilet and washbasin unit.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. To use the sofa bed, bed linen is optional. Please contact us if you require this.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.
Would you like to enjoy your stay a little longer? A flat fee of €10 applies for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability and prior approval from our concierge team.

The Palais de Justice district in Rouen is one of the city's most emblematic and historic districts, in the heart of the city centre. It is surrounded by numerous monuments and buildings steeped in history, creating a picturesque atmosphere that attracts visitors.
Rouen's Palais de Justice, a jewel of flamboyant Gothic architecture, is an impressive work of architecture. Its facade, adorned with sculptures and refined details, tells the story of the city. As you stroll through the district, you'll also discover cobbled streets, half-timbered houses and other old buildings, giving it an authentic medieval feel.
The district is ideally located within walking distance of some of Rouen's biggest attractions, such as Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Joan of Arc Memorial and Saint-Maclou Church. Most of the major attractions are within walking distance, making this district a perfect starting point for exploring the city.
Rouen's Palais de Justice district combines history, medieval charm and modern amenities, making it a great place for visitors to stay.
## Transit
As well as being central, the area is well served by public transport, both buses and the Rouen metro. It is also easy to get to from the train station.
The Palais de Justice metro station is just a short walk from the Palais de Justice itself. This station is served by the Rouen metro line, which crosses the city from north to south.
The metro links the district to a number of strategic points, such as the Gare de Rouen-Rive-Droite (about 5 minutes away), providing easy rail connections to Paris and other towns in the region. It also serves residential neighbourhoods and shopping areas, making it convenient for visitors.
Many bus routes pass through or near the Palais de Justice district. Palais de Justice’ station is served by several lines, including F1, F2 and F7 (high-frequency lines), which cover a large part of the Rouen conurbation. These lines allow you to travel easily to more distant districts or to specific tourist attractions.
The TEOR line (T1, T2, T3) also crosses the city centre from WEST to EAST and stops nearby. The advantage of these TEOR lines is that they run very frequently and in dedicated lanes, avoiding traffic jams.
In short, whether by metro, bus, bike or on foot, Rouen's Palais de Justice district is perfectly connected to make it easy for visitors to get around the city.

Arrivals can be made via the ArchiDuchesse keymaster from 4pm to 8pm and departures must be made by 11am at the latest.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.
The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! For any special requests, contact the Cour de l'ArchiDuchesse.
Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
