Downtown High End with Hot Tub/Pool and Slopes

This is the freshest property in Breck! It's in such a phenomenal location and has the best community pool and hot tub just outside! This centrally located condo is just a short walk to town or the base of Peak 9. If you've overdone it for the day the shuttle bus picks up just at the end of the street too!
Walk in, drop your bags and enjoy the 3 queen beds spread out between the master bedroom and a cool two queen bed loft! Great spot for the kids with another TV and video games etc! The 2nd bathroom upstairs is also nice in the middle of the night!
There's lot of hiking and biking right from the condo in the summer. One parking spot at the condo and nearby free Ice Rink and and paid lots if you can't carpool. StayLTD manages several condo's nearby as well. So if you have some other friends or family that need a little more space, just let us know!

We loved staying at Brett’s place, especially the open living area and the covered porch, where we enjoyed watching an afternoon thunderstorm roll through. The condo had everything we needed, and it was beautifully organized. We hope to come back in the winter!

Beautiful Home & Great Location

This is such a beautiful condo with a unique layout. I was solo, so didn't really use the upstairs, but it would be a great space for kids

Excellent facility. Kitchen facilities are great except too few glasses. Bed would be better without plastic mattress cover as this prevents sheets from staying on the mattress.

The place is very cozy with comfortable beds and lots of detailed touches like pool towels, extra blankets, wine glasses, a small stash of board games, etc. Also, it's right near the pool and hotubs!

Quick Trip

We were looking to stay in Breck for a quick 2 day ski trip as a family. The condo was very clean, had everything we needed to include board games the older kids enjoyed playing together. We were able to walk to dinner at the Breck brewery. Will def think of the condo next time we are looking to spend the night in Breck.

Amazing property

We come up to Breckenridge yearly and absolutely loved this place. It was fully stocked with everything you would need. It has a very nice heated pool with multiple hot tubs. The location is absolutely perfect. It is a short walk to the town. The loft was perfect for the kids and had a little cubby area for them to watch TV. There was a bathroom up in the loft as well. Main floor had the bedroom and another bathroom. We will definitely be booking here again.

Great location

The location was great, and the place was nice but, they had a water drain issue and dirty towels were left in the bathroom. When I contacted the property manager we were told to just use the upstairs bathroom. With 6 people in our group it wasn’t very convenient to all use the upstairs bath. We were very disappointed with the solution we were given. We reserved a place with two baths and 3 beds, so that’s what we expected to have. We weren’t given any compensation or much of an apology. It wasn’t the type of service we have had in the past nor what we are used to.
