This freshly updated condo has a super fun "Chip and Joanna" vibe with quartz counters, shiplap walls and a giant 75 inch TV. Located on a quiet residential street in a safe neighborhood. Our cozy vacation home is perfect for traveling nurses & physicians, those traveling on business & anyone interested in seeing our incredibly historic Downtown Springfield attractions (without actually having to stay downtown!). (Traveling nurses ❤️ this place!)

Fantastic stay

Very clean. Nice 2 bed, 2 bath, with a 75" TV. All the comforts, and necessities, of home. Nice 2 car garage. Owners were extremely friendly and reachable.

Working Family Reunion

The rental in Chatham, IL was wonderful. It was exactly as described in the listing. Spacious, very clean and great residential location. The kitchen was well equipped. The owners were great to work with. We felt welcome and we will definitely stay in this rental again.

Quiet home away from home

We were busy during the day with activities to help family and looking for a quiet place to stay with a full kitchen. This was a wonderful, clean place to stay and the thoughtful touches by the owners made it feel like “home away from home”. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Highly Recommend!

Highly recommend this condo! Kyle & Emily were very easy to work with and very accommodating. The condo is well stocked with everything you need including a garage to park in. They even had a pack n play which I assumed I would have to purchase one when I arrived for our stay. It is very cozy, comfortable and very clean. I can't recommend this condo enough. I hope to stay here every time I visit in the future. It is by far the nicest place we have stayed with VRBO. Thank you again!

Great place, Great hosts!

The rental has all the comforts of home. It is very clean and well maintained. The hosts are easy to communicate with and are very accommodating. This was our second stay with them and we will definitely use them again when we are back in Springfield!

Hidden Gem in Chatham

We were in town for a 50th anniversary celebration and this rental met all our needs. The owners were quick to respond. The location was perfect- nice neighborhood, grocery store & an ice cream/donut/coffee shop were super close and we were a 10 minute drive from the shopping and dining on Veteran's Drive. The unit itself was clean and comfortable and had everything we could need for our stay.

Loved everything about the house and location. Wonderful stay. Just not sure why I paid a cleaning fee but had to strip the beds myself before leaving.

What a great place!!

We were in town to visit family. This condo could not have been any better for us! It offered everything we needed and more. It was spotless and really comfortable. We have already reserved the condo for the next time we are in Chatham.

Great and comfortable stay

This listing was very accurate and very clean. The checkin process was super easy and even included a garage door opener. The owners included everything you need when you travel and everything you are looking for in a kitchen. Since we spent Christmas there, they even had a tree. I would highly recommend

Comfortable, well- appointed Condo

I have stayed at various VRBO properties throughout the country, but this home was one of the nicest yet! Located in a safe neighborhood just outside of Springfield, it is within walking distance of a Country Market, Dollar general, etc. It's also within driving distance of a number of popular restaurants. The owners have done a great job decorating the place with neutral colors, quality bedding and the furnishings are very comfortable. I can only speak to the queen bedroom with the ensuite bathroom I slept in, but it was very comfortable! The kitchen had a Keurig coffee maker and was well stocked with most any anything one would need to prepare meals. The check-in and out process was effortless and the owner great to work with. I especially appreciated having the use of their garage to put my vehicle inside during the winter months. I don't often find that to be an inclusive amenity with VRBO properties! A special touch that was so appreciated and helped to make my stay 5 star was the addition of a small decorated Christmas tree during my stay. I would highly recommend this condo and would not hesitate to stay here when in the Springfield area again. Thank you Killebrew family for sharing your lovely home with me!
