Independent accommodation located on the garden level of a freshly renovated Tharonaise house. A stone's throw from the sea, in a double cul-de-sac, you can enjoy the singing of the birds and the "coulée verte" just behind the accommodation.
The village is a 5-minute walk away.
A very good bakery, a yacht club, a bus stop and all amenities within a 5-minute walk as well.
Super U with laundromat and gas station 1.9 km away. 10 minutes from Pornic by car and 20 minutes from Saint Nazaire.

Located on the first floor of our main residence, the accommodations are accessible by an independent wooden staircase.

Very bright, its three-room organisation - kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom - will allow you to enjoy a comfortable and warm setting.

The accommodations are new as well as its equipment.

Sleeps possible for 2 to 4 people (2 beds simple assemblers in the bedroom + a sofa bed in the living room).

Our family will be very happy to welcome you in this setting where they live every day, laugh, play, garden and rest too, with two small children (7 years / 18 months).

The entire accommodations are yours, as well as the terrace on which you can plug in the plancha at your disposal. The garden part in front of your accommodation, as well as the independent north face is also yours.
