SUMMER SPECIAL PRICES Our home is in an amazing location on SINGER ISLAND where things run on island time. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, and the house is centrally located making the beach, main street, sailfish marina, the promenade and inlet easily accessible on foot or bike. Imagine starting your morning with a stroll along the palm tree lined streets through town which ends along the boardwalk on the infamous palm beach inlet.
The home’s open floorplan living spaces create a place to unwind, work as well as enjoy the company of family and friends.

Visitors will enjoy well-appointed spaces with functional and top-quality furnishings. A luxurious KING size bed in BEDROOM-1 and DOUBLE size bed in BEDROOM-2 and BEDROOM-3 make up the primary bedrooms.
Two modern full baths offer luxurious spaces to relax and shower to rinse off the sandy and salty air. One bath is attached to the master bedroom for ample privacy.
The property has an updated Kitchen with new appliances. The Living Room is very spacious and comfortable. WiFi is available but no washer or dryer is available onsite currently.
Pets of all sizes are welcomed and the fenced in backyard is perfect pet lounging.
The front or back patio offers abundant seating for lounge style conversations, a 6 person dining table as well as sun loungers.
The house’s front privacy hedge gives the house an aesthetically pleasing look as well as provide storm protection and privacy.
The southern tip of Singer Island is frequently visited for the delicious harbor dining at Sailfish Marina. From the marina you can take out fishing charters, water taxis to Peanut Island and watch the best sunsets!!! In addition to the marina entertainment are shopping and dining options along Ocean Blvd. Rivera Beach, just 3 blocks away offers access to tennis/ pickel ball courts and sand volleyball. Cabana and umbrella services, snorkel tours, paddle and water sports are all available along the whole beach.
The house comfortably accommodates a variety of combinations of travelers. Snowbirds looking for a season’s respite. Empty nesters wanting to entice their off-spring to stop by for a visit. Remote workers looking to enjoy a better work- life balance. Family vacationers as well as singletons traveling to town for hobbies, life events and beach fun!!!

Excellent location!

My son and his family of 5 very much enjoyed this wonderfully comfortable home on Singer Island within walking distance of beaches, great restaurants, marinas, Phil Foster State Park and Joh D. MacArthur State Park (where the whole family enjoyed a fabulous day of kayaking on the calm intercoastal water). We also enjoyed a quick drive to the Manatee Lagoon where these delightful sea cows gather in the warm waters around the electric power plant! The boardwalk, picnic area and museum have a glorious view of Singer Island, Peanut Island, Palm Beach and lots of interesting boat traffic!

Excellent location

Very nice clean home. Unbeatable location to everything. Even a nice little fenced yard for the dog. It would have been great to have a washer and dryer but everything else was great. We went to peanut island which was a lot of fun. We kayaked and snorkled and took the island taxi with the dog. It was super fun. Communication with Sam was also outstanding. Thanks again! We would definitely stay again.

This property and location are amazing. Quiet neighborhood to take a morning walk. Just a few blocks walk to the beach and many great restaurants. Owners provide everything you need for a great stay. We will definitely be back.

Beach Staycation

My husband and I decided to have a staycation with our 2 boys and are so happy we chose this place. Sam was excellent with communication and made himself available for any of our needs. We didn’t need much though because the house was great. Clean, spacious, a full kitchen, comfortable beds, cold a/c and hot showers. We were minutes away to watch the sun rise at the beach, eat amazing food and take a daily run down singer island. We would love to stay again! Thank you.

Perfect Property

Everything was clean, water pressure was awesome, close walk to beach or intercoastal, owner was great! Great place to stay if you're fishing, less than a mile from the marinas.

Great location with easy access to the beach

My son and his girlfriend really liked the location and cleanliness of the house on Singer Island. It fit their needs well and the fenced back yard was perfect for their dog.

The area and house is perfect. Everything was as advertised, good size house and rooms. Great area close to Rivera Beach’s and restaurants (Jonny Longboats and 2 Drunken Goats) and Brass Ring Pub for burgers.
