Welcome to our Beach Dreams home away from home!

Enjoy unobstructed panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, with private access to miles of powdery soft sandy beach, warm Gulf waters and incredibly beautiful sunsets! Dolphins, pelicans and other wildlife are frequently sighted from the 5th floor comfortably furnished deck.

Comfort is king in this 1200 square foot, 5th floor condo. Relax as you enjoy the Gulf view through 19 feet of windows of the open floor plan – in the living room on the soft genuine leather reclining sectional, at the bar-height dining room table, at the breakfast bar or on the beautifully furnished deck. Sliding glass doors in the living room and dining room lead to the deck. The lushly carpeted living room has a large flat screen television with complimentary cable with HBO and wireless internet. The kitchen is well appointed with full refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee-maker, crock pot, cookware, dinnerware, flatware. The condo is beautifully decorated to feel like your home away from home!

The master bedroom has an 18″ deep king size mattress with memory foam topper, flat screen television, master bath with tub/shower and an extra sink/vanity outside the bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size mattress with memory foam topper and flat screen television.

Sleeps 4 very comfortably.

A 2nd floor heated pool/hot tub with views of the ocean make it the picture perfect vacation spot for your family. Within walking distance of popular Pier Park, with shopping, restaurants, ice cream treats, and other attractions.

While there is road construction on Front Beach Road, our condo and beach are beautiful and are not affected by construction.

No pets. No smoking. Requires at least one occupant to be age 25 or older.

This was a great place to stay in Panama City beach. The kitchen is stocked and we had plenty of paper goods to get us through the long weekend. I brought extra toilet paper etc but didn’t need them. The condo is on the fifth floor and has awesome views of the ocean. The beach wasn’t crowded and we took advantage of the pool and hot tub. The high rise had the most people on the beach so I was happy we chose a smaller place where we didn’t have to be crowded on the beach or pool, or wait on an elevator. The condo is decorated very nicely and we all slept well in the beds. The owners’ communication was excellent and we had no problems whatsoever. Having a washer and dryer was also a plus! Stop looking and book this place!

We had such a great time! We loved the private beach access that keeps out the crowd. The free beach service was amazing also! We loved how the condo is at the beginning of PCB and not where its so crowded! We will definitely be back!

Excellent Stay

Our stay in this condo was wonderful. The property owner was always in direct contact with us if we had a question. In fact the microwave was not working and, the owner had a new microwave there the next day. The Condo was in pristine condition and we will stay there again. Beautiful sunsets and the beds are extra comfortable.

As always, we love this condo! So comfortable and has everything you need! Plus the owners are easy to get a hold of and so nice. It’s also very centrally located being less than 15 minutes from the airport.

Dream Stay

This condo was everything and more than we expected. It was a stunning room with beautiful decor throughout! The beds were exceptional, as well as the furniture. The views was breathtaking. The beaches were so uncrowded, leaving it quiet and easy to enjoy with your family. Definately reccommend this condo!

Relaxation at its finest!

This place was everything and more! It is exactly as described and pictured. Our stay could not have been any better, amazing views, very clean, well-stocked, and the list goes on. LOVE,LOVE,LOVE this condo!!

I can't say enough good things about this wonderful condo. Its beds are super comfy, its very, very clean, the decor is beachy and cute and the patio furniture is sturdy and beautiful. There is nothing I would change! There was no construction noise and actually it was very quiet during our stay. I really like the Aquavista complex. Its very easy to navigate and is not a huge highrise. Parking is easy unlike when we've stayed at the larger places. Communication was easy with the owners and they are very kind. Enjoyed our time at this lovely clean condo. Great to sit on the deck and watch beach activity. Got to see the jets from the AFB a couple days they were practicing - neat experience! Liked the quieter end of PCB

Clean, comfortable condo on west PCB

Clean and comfortable overall! Beautiful beachfront condos on the quieter west end of PCB. Location was a bit noisy though as the bedrooms are on the street side rather than the beach side. Only one elevator working, but being on the 5th floor wasn’t an issue. Nice clean pool on site, cold but refreshing. Close to restaurants and pier park with shopping.

The buttery-soft genuine leather sectional with recliners at each end is so comfortable, you may be tempted to take a nap! Though the 18" deep king sized bed is even more luxurious. Beautiful decor, breathtaking views and a fully appointed kitchen provide the comforts of home and then some!
