Welcome to the tranquil "Beach Retreat" at Tidewater Beach Resort, a charming two-bedroom, two-bath condo with stunning views of the emerald green gulf waters. The inviting kitchen, dining, and living area offer magnificent beach views, and provide a seamless transition to the beachfront balcony, where you can savor the serene surroundings and gentle ocean breeze.

Relax in the peaceful master bedroom, featuring a new king bed, large smart TV, ample storage, and a private en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, a smart TV, and a nearby bathroom. To ensure convenience, we provide a washer and dryer, three smart TVs, and upgraded high-speed Wi-Fi.

Beach Retreat" is a 5-star beachfront condo situated on the low fifth level of Tidewater. You can choose to use the stairs, with only three flights to the garage walkover and five flights to the beach, or take the elevator for added convenience.

Rest assured, our condos offer direct beachfront access, eliminating the need to cross any streets. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the sandy shores and let the tranquility of the beach captivate you.

-In addition to our advanced cleaning practices, we wash every blanket on every bed before each new guest. Our thorough process includes using a laundry sanitizer, hot water, antibacterial wash and dry cycle, and professional-grade detergent. This goes beyond the standard practice, as many short-term rentals only wash blankets once or twice a year. Rest assured, we take extra care to provide you with a fresh and clean environment during your stay.

Rules:

**Prior to arrival, guests will be required to pay a one time $48 resort expense (plus tax) via an online link, which will enable guests to receive wristbands and a parking pass upon arrival. This is typical for most PCB resorts and is NOT per person and is only a one time expense.

**This unit is limited to 6 guests total... THIS INCLUDES BABIES, CHILDREN, ETC DUE TO FIRE CODES.

**Must be 25 to book and check in, there is no way around this. You must check in at front desk upon arrival to receive wristbands which unlock resort doors etc.

**All condos have a RING doorbell outside of the unit, which only detect activity outside of the condo in the breezeway areas. These are for everyones safety security.
