Great stay, lots of perks

We really enjoyed staying here, parking was easy, the rooms were clean and big. The room also had a cooler and beach chair that were very useful to us. Great place to stay for a good price in Aruba.

Nice stay

Well appointed unit, everything we needed for our stay, including kitchen utensils. It is centrally located and close to every main restaurant, supermarket and most important beaches.

Bed was comfy and clean. You definitely need a car, location was close to 2 major supermarkets and restaurants. I would stay again.

Simple accommodations. Clean and comfortable. Low water pressure/flow rate. One loose wall shelf - just barely hanging on.. still, we would return to this place.

Great Stay | 10 min or less to everything!

This property was exactly as listed/pictured and we had a great time. Clean, comfortable, and modern apartment with all the amenities we needed. Quick drive to tourist attractions, restaurants, beaches, and grocery store. It's not a walkable area so we needed a rental to get around, but overall we'd stay here again!

Wonderful apartment

Extremely close to both palm and eagle beach, and a very nice apartment. A rental is necessary in my opinion, but well worth it. Clean, easy to access, and overall a 10/10.

Great Location & Room

Room was as pictured except for the view from the balcony. A large empty lot was the view. That said, can’t beat the price and it was a short ride to the beaches and resorts. The room had everything we needed (even had beach chairs and a small cooler to use) and when I had a question, management answered right away. Very impressed and will stay there again!

First trip to Aruba

you NEED a rent a car from this location there was problem with a code not included in check in BUT one phone call fixed it!! perfect for two people - never heard a neighbor- would love toilet paper holder also felt on the bottom of the stools!! Close to everything

This property suited our needs for a short stay. Price was right. Easy to get to. Parking was no issue. Property is next to a dirt road so was a little dusty at times. Manager was on the ball and responded to our questions.

Excellent Experience

First, I stopped in the day before to be sure I knew where to go and the process to check in. The woman I met there was GREAT ! She printed the required information and answered all my questions. She should be rewarded because I am sure she treats everyone just the same. The place was exactly as advertised and I would not hesitate staying there again and recommending it to others.

Another wonderful experience!

This is our second year in a row coming to Aruba. Last year we stayed in the Sky Property Management apartment, called the Solomon building, but this year we tried their studio apartment at another location. The Bushiri studio apartment was great! it was a more centralized location to all of our favorite places and the studio apartment came with all the amenities we needed for our stay. Sky Property Management is our go to places now in Aruba and we want to say Thank You again for another great stay! We will be back!

The unit was nice

I would suggest additional storage in the unit. We had to keep most of our clothes in the suitcases because there were not any drawer of place to storage them.

Short trip to Eagle Beach and elsewhere

The property was as advertised. Easy to find and everything in Orangestad and north is no more than 10 minutes away. The place was quiet, especially at night. Shower was hot with good water pressure. As with many places in Aruba, there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom, and no oven in the mini-kitchen. Laundry service was easy and high quality. Lots of parking. There is an outside door that should remain locked, but many times other guests left it unlocked. We never felt unsafe, but would have appreciated if they had followed that guideline.

Aruba stay

When we arrived at the apartment, we got the key from the lockbox, then went into the room. It was dirty. Towels on floor, messed up bed, etc. Luckily, there was an employee downstairs. After looking at my confirmation, she said that i was double booked. She offered another apartment that had separate beds and no balcony. She offered a reduced rate. We accepted. The new apartment was good.

Looks can be deceiving

Pros Vs Cons The price is what got me! The location is terrible! The dirt road with high traffic constantly kicking up dust! The loud music all hours of the night! The place wasn’t clean at all! The floors were filthy the bathroom smelled like pee! The water pressure is terrible! It literally just drips out! In the midst of washing my hair the water completely stopped! If you’re on a budget and can deal with minimum benefits then this might work for you! There’s no view at all. You’ll need a car to get around. The room stayed hot as well! The shower is very small and enclosed. The bedding had an odor. We’ve stayed at better places.
