Enjoy access to a shared pool, and outdoor shower during your stay.

With recent renovations, guests can enjoy all the comforts and conveniences of home. There are brand-new mattresses and headboards with USB charging stations, as well as a new dresser with more drawers for storage. Enjoy cooking up tasty meals together in the well-equipped kitchen, or make yourself a quick cup of joe at the coffee station. The casual layout of the space still allows for lots of comfortable seating and a dining area with plenty of elbow room. High-speed WiFi and a storage closet add convenience during you stay. The ocean view is sure to inspire lots of walks down to the sand and surf.

Top of The Gulf is a beautiful complex right on the beach! It's a short walk to Pineapple Willys, Longboards, Hammerhead Freds, shopping, golfing, and many other activities. Top of The Gulf is a family-friendly condominium complex with a large pool, baby pool, seasonal snack bar, game room, grilling areas, al fresco dining, and a sundeck overlooking the most beautiful white-sand beaches on the Emerald Coast.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
