Fantastic views! Close to everything! This cabin was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. After a long day of walking, the hot tub was amazing! Plenty of towels too. Couldn’t ask for a better place. Only negative was missing blinds on three windows but this was easily fixed with the abundant towels. Highly recommend!

The upstairs toilet bubbles up and over with toilet water when the downstairs toilet is flushed. It happened to my husband multiple times, and he had to take a shower. Disgusting. There were cobwebs all over so not very clean either. Beautiful views but would NEVER stay here if I had known these plumbing and cleaning issues.

Beautiful View!! It was perfect for my husband and I. Our dog also loved sitting out on the deck with us. A few things to note about this property…there are not many places to take the dog potty but we made it work and took him to the Wears Farm Park down the road. Also, don’t expect perfect as this cabin could use a little TLC and deep cleaning but it did not ruin our trip in any way. I’m also not sure why the host didn’t send me the check in info but I had to ask through VRBO and text and finally received a call back 2-1/2 hours before check-in. Another thing I should mention is the upstairs bedroom has no ceiling so it’s open to hearing everything else in the house and also if any lights are on throughout the house. Again this wasn’t an issue since it was just my husband and I but probably would’ve been an issue if we brought the kids. Also of mention is that the heart shaped jacuzzi tub is right in the middle of the dining room/living room/kitchen area, we didn’t use it but instead used the hot tub off the back porch. The hot tub and back deck are only assessable from the bedroom, fyi. This cabin is absolutely perfect for a couple and maybe for 2 couples but not necessarily for a family. Because of the view and how easy it was to get to everything we would rent this cabin again.

Heavens Window

Our cabin was absolutely gorgeous. Nestled on the top of the mountain, it was the perfect getaway. Quiet hours were honored, entertainment was present with tv and games, and my husband and I absolutely loved the sweetheart jacuzzi bathtub!

We stayed 2 nights in this amazing cabin. The location was perfect. It was close enough to everything in Pigeon Forge but also out in the mountains enough to enjoy a great view. The hot tub was perfect and everything. Great getaway. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great space with a few glitches

Hello! We absolutely loved our time, but there are a few important things the owner needs to know about and repair. The first is the most important because it could be significantly dangerous for young children. One of the posts on the deck three stories up is missing. It’s repaired with a single small piece of wood from corner to corner, fine for adults, but it could be deadly for preschoolers, toddlers or infants who could easily fall through the space. We lost some groceries we left on the kitchen counter because the faucet leaked and pooled on the counter and dripped onto the floor. Our best guess is that if you run water and have pressure on the faucet, it must leak at the base. The washing machine didn’t spin or drain and overflowed into the closet and carpet. You want that to be repaired. The refrigerator was set too cold when we arrived. We didn’t know that and consequently lost much of our produce because it froze. We were also really bummed that our last evening’s dinner plans had to be changed. We planned to grill, turned the grill on to preheat effortlessly. But before we could put the meat on the grill, we were out of gas and had no replacement tank. We didn’t use it any other time, so there was practically no gas in the tank. We were able to pivot, but our final dinner wasn’t what we planned. Maybe having a spare tank on hand would be a good idea? And we saw that we had WiFi, but it didn’t even work for anyone’s phones, and only after arriving did we learn that streaming wasn't available, which forced us to give up our planned movie night to watch Steel Magnolias together. I would suggest dropping whatever service you are paying for, because it was worthless in any capacity. To advertise that you have it, and then not to have it work, isn’t very good. A small detail: there was a toothpaste cap I’m the sink in the master bath. It is a beautiful space and clean! We were thrilled to be able to find such a lovely home to accommodate the six of us for our first ever sisters trip. The views are beautiful, although we suggest you trim the tree that blocks the view for half of the deck. The hot tub was great, but we think directions would be a good idea. Only the sister with a hot tub could figure out the panel and make it work, otherwise we would t have figured it out on our own. Having pool access was awesome! We loved our time. But also want you to know about the issues in this beautiful home.

This was a great spot to stay away from the busy crowds but still close to everything! The views were amazing, no matter what time of day! Our family of 5 had plenty of space to relax and make memories with room to spare. The owner is helpful, kind, and easy to reach. We recommend this spot to all!

Heaven’s Window!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful cabin with our family! We loved the location off of Wears Valley Road! Our favorite part was sitting on the deck enjoying the hot tub and magnificent views! We loved grilling on the gas grill! We loved the cold air conditioning because it was so humid when we were out hiking. Our family has stayed in Sevier County cabin rentals for over 20 years. Every time we dream of buying a cabin! Awesome Views

Great property with amazing views. We did have to wait over an hour past our check-in time as the cabin was still being cleaned. It is a little close to other cabins in the same resort but all in all was a good experience. Use of the community pool was an added bonus.

Perfect cabin for our first Gatlinburg trip!

My wife and I came to Gatlinburg for the first time to celebrate her birthday and this was the perfect cabin for us. It had everything we wanted and more! Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was a short, scenic drive (~30 min) to the hiking trails. Would 100% stay here again! Looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful views and cabin. Few small issues such as a bear raiding our garbage can, but all were randomn issues that im sure will be addressed. Really enjoyed the hot tub. 18 month old twins came along, do brought my own baby supplies and baby proofing supplies and all went well.

Great cabin!

The cabin is great! We had more room than we ever needed. The furnishings were so cute and nice. There were a couple things I’d wished I have thought of to make it a little more comfortable. We wished we had brought our own towels. There were plenty of towels , but they were really old and kinda had that old towel smell. I do wish a few of those type is things were a little nicer. Maybe something to set things on outside the hot tub too. Nicer rugs in the bathrooms too. The rug was so old made me not want to use it given the urine smell. There was a strong urine odor in the top bathroom. It was sparkly clean so no sure where that was coming from. The view was amazing from the hot tub! We felt safe and secure here. We had an issue with the water not working on our last morning. The owners answered the phone so pleasant and did their best to accommodate. There had been a horrible storm and the water was going to be a little bit as a pipe had broken somewhere close by. Really a great stay over all! We would def. go back. And it was all so easy and close to everything.

What we enjoy the most while staying at our log cabin home is sitting in the hot tub on the deck way late at night and looking at the lights across the rolling hills of the mountains. The view is breathtaking and truly feels like we are at 'Heaven's Window'!
