The private home is set on over 2 acres surrounded by vineyards outside the city limits. We are approximately 3 miles to downtown Healdsburg. A car or rideshare transportation will be required.

Nearby J Vineyards & Winery, Rodney Strong Vineyards, Windsor Town Green, Russian River Brewery and River Front Regional Park located on the beautiful Russian River. Just a few miles from downtown Healdsburg, it’s a quick drive or bike ride to the Plaza wineries, restaurants, spas, and shopping.

This single story 2,136 Sq ft. home (3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms) is the ideal spot for a group of friends, newly-weds, couples and small families to come and experience the amazing Sonoma County Wine Country.

Outside – we have an outdoor kitchen, full patio with outdoor couches, chairs, chaise lounges, globe lights, fire pit, bocce ball court, hot tub and seasonal herb and veggie’s growing in raised containers.

LED SMART televisions in the great room and primary bedroom. High-speed wi-fi included.

Attached 2 car garage includes an extra refrigerator for entertaining, 4 bike bike rack, bike tire air pump, king sized Futon Mattress for in house use and Juice Box Electric Car Charger (extra charge required for car charge). The garage is locked off without the extra fee.

This home`s exterior is monitored and protected by Ring Door bells and Ring Security Camera/Lights. Front door has Ring Door bell. The House has a Ring Security Camera/Lights at each end of the house to monitor the driveway and fenced entrances to the house. There is no camera inside house.

Our rental permit allows 8 persons maximum for overnight occupancy and a maximum up to 14 people as day guests and visitors.
Strict No event policy and Quite Hours after 10:00pm and before 9:00am must be followed and complaints or violations will result in rental forfeiture.
