Escape to Deer Friends Retreat. This fully renovated, bright & airy condo in Snow Creek IV is just a few minutes from Eagle Lodge, Snowcreek Golf Course, SCAthletic Club... The open floor plan boasts of luxury amenities including high end linens, a fully equipped and stocked kitchen, bright but dimmable lighting throughout, with upgraded wifi & cable with large smart TVs in living and bedrooms. Gorgeous new bathrooms with rainfall shower heads, toiletries & a fun gaming table.
*** Please be AWARE we cannot be liable for any weather related impacts on your stay. If weather is a concern, we highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance!
Our entry is keyless and easy to enter front door lock. You will receive your own unique code to enter the premises during your stay.
NO animals/NO PETS allowed. Please, if you must travel with your animal/pet, we ask that you honor our wishes and find another place to stay. We love animals, but we have numerous family members who suffer from allergies to animal dog/cat dander and smoke; and we strive very hard to keep the condo as safe as possible for all our guests with sensitivities. Please don't ask us to bend the rules. We are truly looking out for all our sensitive guests.
NO SMOKING/NO VAPING of any kind within 30 feet of entrance of any building/unit. Please do NOT smoke on the porch or deck. Both Mammoth and Complex municipal code states at least 30 feet from any dwelling or building/structure.
Bedrooms have plush, pillow top mattresses with comfy linens and pillows. 1 king, 1 queen bed. couch also makes into queen.
The kitchen is a dream, is fully equipped and stocked!! Hexclad pots and pans, bake wear, serving bowls, ice bucket and barware/cocktail prep., cooking knives, baking utensils, Keurig and drip coffee pot, coffee bean grinder, blender, tea pot, microwave, rice cooker, crock pot.
We also provide some coffee pods, coffee filters, creamers, tea bags, sugar packets, hot choc pods, spices....
Bathrooms have hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Qtips, makeup remover towelettes. Master bath has hair dryer, lighted-magnifying vanity. Plush towels plus Jacuzzi towels in hall closet.
Our welcome book provides great info for hikes, restaurants and things to do.

Welcome to Deer Friends Retreat. I am your host, Shane.
My wife Susan and I fell in love with Mammoth in our early 20's and have spent lots of time on the slopes and trails with our family and friends. Our dream of owning a place in Mammoth came to fruition in late 2021 when we found this little gem.
We fell in love with the gorgeous, serene grounds, the views and easy access to everything. We did a complete remodel and my wife designed and decorated, thinking of our friends, family and you, our guests comfort, enjoyment and appreciation in mind.
We absolutely love the serenity and the creek that runs behind the condo and throughout the lush grounds. It provides beautiful sights & sounds and serves as a drinking fountain for wildlife, including water fowl, bear and deer. Please let me know if there is anything we can do to improve your experience at Deer Friends Retreat. I'm just a text, call or message away.

We've been visiting Mammoth to ski for years. We finally took the plunge and bought this condo in late 2021. We new it had potential for a really nice space to enjoy for us, family and friends and decided that we would offer it to others to enjoy as well.
We put our hearts into this place and really designed it with all our guests needs, top of mind. We hope you'll feel right at home and treat it with the same respect and love it as much as we do!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
The SnowCreek IV property is gorgeous. We really do have such a unique place with the stream in back and the pond across the driveway (you'll see it on your left when driving in on GoldenCreek). The property is quiet and our bottom floor unit is super easy access from the parking lot. It's also 100 yards from the community hot tub.
Our parking is ample and free (please just 2 cars during your stay).
Our condo guide/manual has all sorts of info including where to eat, hike and enjoy your time while in Mammoth.
You can walk to the free shuttle (4 min walk out of the parking lot, go left) next to Mammoth Athletic club parking lot. The shuttle will take you up to ski and all around town and runs early morning til late night.
We're also just a few minutes drive to any of the lodge/lifts.
We have great walking/hiking trails nearby as well.
Our entry has space to store your skis/boards and gear and we have 2 boot warmers/dryers as well as the washer and dryer in our unit.
You can also pay to use the athletic club for nominal daily fee. See their front desk for details.
Our parking is ample and free (please just 2 cars during your stay).
