Part of The Lift Collection, this beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom, 3-bath townhome delivers the perfect blend of mountain charm and modern comfort — ideal for families looking to relax, reconnect, and make unforgettable Mammoth memories.
This bright two-story end-unit fills with natural morning light and offers generous space for up to 10-12 guests to spread out and feel right at home. The open-concept living area features hardwood floors throughout, a cozy fireplace, and a large dining table that’s made for family dinners or game-night laughs.

Each room has been thoughtfully updated with new furnishings and mountain-modern décor for a warm, inviting feel.
Bedrooms: 4 total — With two Cal Kings, One Queen room, and a fun bunk room for the kids which includes a queen for the fourth couple plus three twin beds (sleeps up to 5!).
Bathrooms: 3 fully remodeled, with fresh tile, fixtures, and plenty of fluffy towels.
Kitchen: Outfitted with new stainless appliances and everything you need — whether you’re preparing pancakes before hitting the slopes or enjoying a quiet morning coffee from the K-Cup & drip combo maker or prepairing a gourmet meal for the family you'll find everything you need to make your stay feel right at home.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 10-12 guests, making it the perfect setup for extended families or groups traveling together.
Outdoors & Location
Take in stunning views of the Sherwin Summit and Mammoth Crest from your private deck or the living room’s picture windows. Two reserved parking spots sit right out front, and the local bus stop just steps away makes getting to the lifts effortless.
In the warmer months, enjoy the well-kept outdoor pool, and in winter (or any time of year), unwind in the year-round hot tub after a day of adventure.
You’re walking distance to the market, bowling alley, ice rink, golf course, shuttle stop, and several great dining options — truly, everything’s within reach.

Guests enjoy access to the entire condo and all complex amenities during their stay.

Mammoth condos don’t need A/C — just open the windows and let that crisp mountain air flow!
Please clean the BBQ after use to avoid an additional fee.
Service animals are always welcome — just let us know in advance so we can prepare for the next guest.
For stays longer than two weeks, an additional $250 cleaning fee applies.

I grew up in Los Angeles — the Valley — in a family of skiers who spent countless winters making the trip up to Mammoth. Those childhood memories on the mountain are some of my favorites, and now that my wife and I have our first child, we wanted to create a place where we could continue that tradition as our own family grows.

When we found this property, it felt like the perfect fit — a cozy home base with space for friends, cousins, and grandparents to all come together after a long day on the slopes. We poured our hearts into the renovation, updating everything from the floors to the kitchen, with the goal of making it a warm, welcoming retreat for our family — and for yours.
We love this neighborhood because it’s part of the original heart of Mammoth. It’s close to everything — the slopes, restaurants, markets, and trails — but still has that quiet, mountain-town charm. Over the years, we’ve always found ourselves coming back to this area, and now it feels amazing to have a permanent spot here.

What makes this home special to us is how comfortable and connected it feels. Even though it’s not ski-in/ski-out, the views of the Sherwin Summit are absolutely stunning, and the light that fills the space in the mornings makes it hard to beat. With four bedrooms — including a fun bunk room for the kids — there’s plenty of room to spread out, laugh, and make memories together.
We call this home The Lift #43, part of our growing Lift Collection, a set of homes we’re creating for families and friends to gather, relax, and experience everything Mammoth has to offer. Whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth, we hope your stay here gives you that same sense of warmth, comfort, and adventure that inspired us to build it.
