Situated in the heart of Tremont, one of the best urban neighborhoods in Cleveland, our 'Saucy Suite' is a 2 bedroom first floor apartment in the Tremont GuestHouse. This space is a 1940's addition to an iconic neighborhood century home. It has been restored and modernized while maintaining the architectural charm. We are a pet friendly property.

Very clean and comfortable spot to stay. Hosts were extremely responsive. Very close to all the attractions we wanted to visit in and around Cleveland. Would be our first choice to stay in the area when visiting again.

Great stay! Had so many cute little touches that made it very welcoming. The parking spot behind the home was perfect. And we were thankful for the garden & lawn areas having brought our dog with us. They even left treats for our dog too! Definitely recommend if you need to be in the Cleveland area!

The Saucy Suite is a super clean, relaxing apartment in a comfortable neighborhood that has everything we needed. Several restaurants are within walking distance (2-4 blocks) plus many more within a short drive and a nearby park is available for picnics (or extended dog walks). Of course the back porch offers its charms too, a sunny perch to read or chat. Tammy and Frank are easy to talk with and are quick to answer any questions. My family and I will definitely return to this sweet suite!

This property was available after finding out our previous booking cancelled on us within 48 hours. The hosts are super friendly and very accommodating. The property was in a great location, was able to walk to a few local bars, and a very close drive into downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is clean and beautiful. Details were amazing. I love thee, high-end shampoo and body. Wash everything we needed was here. It was perfect for my cousin and I to stay for a weekend trip in Cleveland the beds were comfortable. Everything was available. This werhelpful.

Our stay in Tremont was terrific. The apartment was wonderful and had everything we could need. We are a family of 4 and a dog, and it was enough room for the 4 of us. The hosts were wonderful and it made us feel good that they were on site if we were to need anything. The location is perfect, as you can walk to wonderful restaurants, and it is a quick drive to anything you may need. We will definitely stay again if we are travelling through Cleveland!

This is the perfect property and location to enjoy Cleveland. It is in a beautiful walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants and just a short drive to downtown or museums. Fabulous Space

This little space was wonderful! Not too big or small, with all of the right amenities. The off street parking was especially nice, as well as the convenience of walking to the coffee shop, ice cream parlor, and several restaurants. The neighborhood is quaint and friendly. The hosts are onsite and are quick to respond to questions and have a nice list of nearby food suggestions.

Great stay!

Super clean, great location. Easy access to get in and out of the city. Such a creative use of space in the building. I loved hearing the history of it. Unit was well appointed and beds were soft. Hosts were great too! Would definitely stay again!

We are long-time residents of the Tremont community in Cleveland, OH. As local homeowners, not 3rd party property managers, we have deep ties to our community and support the sustained growth and success of many other small businesses in our area.

Tremont Guesthouse is a century home in the Tremont neighborhood of Cleveland. Originally built in 1910, additions were made in 1927 and the mid 1940s. Our suites reflect the history of the neighborhood and the classic architecture of the original build.

The storefront property has been a butcher and grocer, as well as an art gallery over the last 100+ years. We have restored and updated guest areas for modern comfort while retaining the charm and iconic nature of this neighborhood property.
