While this home is located just 12 miles from the beautiful beaches of South Padre Island and less than eight miles from the restaurants, shops, and attractions in Port Isabel, it's set in a quiet community to ensure everyone gets a restful night's sleep. Prepare everyone's favorite recipes at home in the well-equipped, full kitchen, dine together at the adjacent table for four, and then stream your favorite channels in the living area or head out to the screened patio to take in the sunset while relaxing with your favorite beverage.

This home is also right in the heart of one of Texas' most prestigious golf courses, so bring your clubs if you play, or take advantage of the other community amenities including an outdoor pool and fitness room.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
