Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire single-level cottage, including the living and dining areas, the bedroom, the bathroom, the kitchen, in-unit laundry, and the waterfront deck, plus all of the shared amenities of the gated Long Island Village resort.
Self check-in is available via lockbox, so arrival is simple and flexible at any hour.
Before settling in, stop by the Long Island Village Welcome Center to pick up your gate card and amenity wristbands, which give you access to all of the community's amenities across the resort. Arriving after hours is no problem, just register the following day.
Parking is available on site. Long Island Village has limited parking with vehicle-size restrictions, so please plan ahead and reach out with any questions before you arrive.
Trash can be taken to the community compactor on your way out, located next to the tennis courts.

Getting Around:
Long Island Village sits just across the swing bridge from Port Isabel, with South Padre Island only minutes away over the Queen Isabella Causeway. A car is recommended for exploring the area, and many guests get around the community by golf cart. You will find restaurants, shops, marinas, and fishing charters close by, and the nearest major airports are in Brownsville and Harlingen, each within about an hour.
Other Things to Note:
• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors.
• Pets are not permitted.
• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
• Community amenities are accessed with the gate card and wristbands provided at the Welcome Center.
• The dock and waterfront are not fenced, so please supervise children closely near the water.
• Every reservation includes accidental damage protection for added peace of mind.
• Additional fees and taxes may apply to your reservation total.
