Perfect vacation

Our rental company Orlando Rent a Villa was fantastic! Check in was easy. The home was clean and just what we needed. Amenities were great and the kids loved that we could all go down to the pool either on a down day or just to relax after a long day. House was well equipped and had everything we need. It was a home away from home.

My family and I enjoyed the house, it is located close to the parks and attractions, they have to take a little more attention to details with cleanliness, but most things were fine.

Quaint Little Villa

This was my first time staying there and I was pleasantly surprised. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath did not disappoint. It was plenty of space, everything worked, and I was very impressed with how supplies were stocked in the house, especially the linen. The area has a quiet time rule from 10pm to 7am which I absolutely loved. I will definitely consider this spot again when traveling to Orlando.

Comfortable and affordable

This condo was very comfortable and a great option for families looking to be near the Orlando attractions. Most everything was very clean (one dirty pan in the kitchen and a dirty towel left out from previous renters I'm assuming). Bathrooms, kitchen and overall living areas were very clean and tidy with newer furniture and a mostly renovated floorplan. Our kids loved the pool area! We also appreciated the samples and thoughful touches such as the lights left on for our late night arrival.

Clean and comfortable

We’ve stayed at different Regal Palms condos over many years. Loved this one. This condo was VERY clean. Kitchen well stocked with cabinets labeled with contents. Condo decorated with beach themed art. Great mattress comfort of beds. Minor problem with a kitchen light was fixed promptly. Was everything we needed

It was just Okay..

The property was okay, but the particular town home we stayed in was not great.. I left a much longer review somewhere, but it never seemed to show..

We weren't happy with the shutdown of the hottub or lazy river.

The area was very busy. We were told that the owners were told about the shutdown. And the reason why I booked was because of the amenities and they weren't available. Very disappointed and because of this we had too spend more money on thing's to do. I would like some money back for the inconvenience.

February visit away from the cold!

We found the property to be very clean when we arrived and I felt that the whole resort area was kept very clean. We would have enjoyed a larger lanai area but it was accurately represented in the photos on line. The kitchen is short of serving dishes and would have been nice to have had a least a hand mixer and one mixing bowl. But I cannot say enough about the management company and how quickly & professionally they responded to the few minor issues we had (which were more incompetent user issues than any fault with the unit)! They were so quick to respond to our calls for help and very kind. The pool is very nice and lazy river fun. We enjoyed our stay & enjoyed having the space to have a visit from family. with granddaughters who loved the Mickey Mouse room!

Our staff is always nearby so if assistance is needed, we are quick to respond. We have extended customer service hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 AM, MON-SAT. and 8AM-4PM SUNDAYS. OFFICE HOURS: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MON-SAT AND CLOSED ON SUNDAYS) to better assist our guests that spend the daytime hours at the theme parks or other amazing local activities. 24-hour emergency service is also available so you should never feel like you are on your own. You will love the service you receive from check in to check out.

HOA imposes a maximum 90 days stay which cannot be exceeded. We offer a diverse inventory of vacation rentals in the Central Florida area: townhomes, condos, private pool homes and luxurious mansions.
