The Space:

You step into a bright, welcoming townhouse that feels like a home base for Disney magic, with space for the whole family to unwind after a day of parks. Sunlight streams through the living room windows, and the open layout invites you to gather around the kitchen island or slip out onto the private patio for a quick coffee.

- Primary bedroom downstairs: King bed, sleeps 2, attached full bathroom.

- Primary bedroom upstairs: Queen bed, sleeps 2, attached full bathroom.

- Star Wars bedroom: Two Twin beds, sleeps 2, shares a full‑size bathroom.

- Harry Potter bedroom: Two Twin beds, sleeps 2, shares the same full‑size bathroom.

The full kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances, all the cookware you need for simple meals, and a breakfast nook. A generous indoor dining area provides room for family meals and board games.

**Practical details**

Free washer and dryer are available for your convenience. A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day covers up to ten wristbands for pool and amenity access; the resort provides the wristbands at guest services.

Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
