Sunlight pours into the open living area, where the whole family can gather for movies, games, or a quick snack before heading out the door. A short drive later, the magic of Disney World is just minutes away, and you return to a quiet retreat that feels like home.

Downstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king‑size bed and its own full bathroom, perfect for parents seeking a little privacy. Upstairs, a second primary bedroom features a queen‑size bed with an en‑suite full bathroom. Two themed children’s rooms bring imagination to life: the Star Wars bedroom holds two twin beds, and the Harry Potter bedroom also has two twin beds; they share a full‑size bathroom conveniently located between them.

This Orlando Florida Community is the perfect environment for guests looking for Orlando vacations with a home away from home feel, combining a wide array of activities and relaxing amenities. Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,
Getting Around:
Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
