Horseback riding, mountain biking, rafting, skiing, snowmobiling, and motorcycle-trail riding all minutes away. Stevens Pass Ski Resort is 30 minutes east. Lovely river front property

My entire family of 6 adults enjoyed this house immensely. We loved the relaxing views of the river. Everyone also really enjoyed the natural surroundings. We saw some deer and ducks while enjoying the sun. This place has many outdoor amenities including multiple fire pits: propane one on the patio and wood one with a view of the river. We cooked some potatoes on top of the wood fire pit and it was delicious. There are also plenty of outdoor sitting available as well.The AC worked great to cool the house. Since we were staying at the end of June, the AC was necessary with the nice, hot weather.We did have a minor issue with one of the AC units, but the owner was very responsive in addressing the issue. There was a secondary AC unit in the loft area that worked great to cool the place while the living room unit was not working.We would definitely stay here again!

River Paradise

We could sit in the sunroom for hours and just stare at the river! We had a hard time leaving the house to go on adventures. Everything was ckean and well maintained. Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful stay

This property is in a beautiful location and allow us to visit several places during our stay. We loved the view and the amenities including 2 outdoor seating areas.

Absolutely perfect.

Wow...is the best way to describe this wonderful property. Super clean, well stocked with all you need and those beds...amazing. The sun-bedroom is great. Crack open the windows and sleep to the sounds of the river. Plenty of activities for everyone. The private community beach is an added bonus. We stayed for our last 3 nights of our PNW vacation and it was a perfect ending to our trip.

New Years Get Away

Checked in with some friends to enjoy a new years on the mountain and get some good snowboarding in. The house was super clean and cozy. It felt like home and we were able to cook some good meals and enjoy time together. Would definitely stay again hopefully in the summer!

Wonderful River Property

We stayed here for a few days after a cruise. The house was in tip top condition with lots of space with plenty of outdoor and indoor space. It was clean and so cute! I thoroughly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend. You could walk to the river and it was great hearing the water while outside. In addition, there were games and plenty of space. We used the grill etc Would definitely stay again!
