If you like swimming, fishing, skiing, wake boarding, boating, jet skiing, kayaking, sailing, or just floating--you have chosen the right place, as Lake Diane's allows you all of that plus more. Lake Diane is just over 400 acres, spring fed and up to 90ft in depth. It is an all sports lake from 11am - 7pm and it is No Wake from 7pm to 11am allowing for quiet fishing, kayak rides, swimming, enjoying the sunrise or sunsets views or other peaceful enjoyment of the lake. Our shallow shoreline and sandy beach expands our entire property and is inviting to play, swim, or just go fishing right off the dock. The Expansive Deck and Patio are the perfect spots to unwind or keep an eye on the kids while they play in the water on the sandy beach, slide down into the lake from the dock slide or goof around on the floating raft. Let the kids enjoy the huge playground at the park just across the street while you enjoy the lakeshore on that side of the road also. So much to do so little time!

Use of 5 Kayaks, 2 canoes and paddle boat INCLUDED with your stay! BRAND NEW Luxury Pontoon boat available for you to rent and enjoy for your entire stay. Bring your own speed boat, jet ski's and all your water toys and put them in the lake using the FREE unlimited boat launch located only a few minutes away. Your toys are welcome at our 50' x 4' U-shaped dock. Or have rental speed boat or jet ski's delivered to our property for even more fun!

Lake Diane Cafe & Store serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and has a full bar, and pizza oven. The convenience store and gas station comes in handy and is just 5 minutes away. You can ride our pontoon, your boat or just drive there.

The Escape At Lake Diane is a gorgeous 4600 sq ft house that is frequently renovated and excellently maintained by the owners which makes it the perfect place for a multi-family gathering or getaway. Sleeping Arrangements Are Very Comfortable for a Party of 14 or less. There are 7 Queen Size beds within the 4 large bedrooms and a twin pull out sofa in the lower level to choose from and spread out. The 3 large full baths allow for plenty of room for everyone to get ready! Everyone can dine together in the open concept living area on two large tables and additional seating at the breakfast far. There is even more seating available on the deck and patio for outdoor dining. The lower level kitchen also offers seating at the breakfast bar. All bed linens are provided (no beach towels). Washer and dryer also available for your use. Our home is set up to be enjoyed by families but events or parties where other guests would be invited is NOT allowed so if these are your plans please book another property.

Enjoy the panoramic views and sunsets from the 2 story wall of windows in the great room and just about from any room in the house or while lounging on the comfortable deck sofas and loungers. Step out to the deck from the French doors in the great room, dining room or directly from the master bedroom. You can also step out to the patio and yard from the lower level rec room or from the bedroom exterior doors. The house has lake access on our property and across the street at the park which is very unique. You can get amazing views of the sunrise and the sunsets from our property; you have the best of both worlds here so don't forget your camera! The deck and patio are fitted with electric outlets, fans and lighting for your comfort. There are so many places to relax and bask in the surrounding and tranquil beauty of The Escape At Lake Diane.

There is also a large firepit so you can sit around the bonfire in the evenings and tell stories and make memories when the festivities of the day are done. Firewood available for your use.

The large fully equipped upper and lower kitchens offer 2 full size fridges, cooktops, microwaves, dishwasher with plenty of cabinets filled with all types of dishes, cooking/baking utensils and small appliances. Guests will tend to move items from one kitchen to the other but both are fully equipped. You can cook in luxury while staying in the middle of the action with the open concept set up of both kitchens. Living areas with Comfy Reclining sofas, Smart TVs and fast speed wireless internet and a huge video library for rainy days. Pool table, foosball table, hockey table and board games available to keep everyone entertained. The cell phone coverage is spotty in the area depending on your service provider.

This Is the Ideal Place for Hunters, Ice Fishermen, Snowmobilers & Other Activities as Well. Hillsdale Co. Is Known to Have Some of the Best Deer Hunting in MI, and Is Also Known for Its Excellent Fishing. there are also many farms that offer U-Pick fruit (Strawberries, Peaches, Apples, Pears, Etc,) nearby that is a great activity for the family in the summer!

Lake Diane is surrounded by privately owned homes which provide for a peaceful getaway but only a 15 - 30 min drive to various surrounding towns such as Frontier, Freemont, Hillsdale, Angola which provide opportunity for shopping, movie theaters, bowling, restaurants and much more. And only 5 mins away is the lakeside marina/ bar & grill and convenience store. And just 25 min drive to Hillsdale or Angola you can find large chain stores such as Wal-Mart. So don’t worry if you forgot something at home, all is available in a short distance.

Our home is not child proof or handicap friendly. The water is from a well system that is filtered, softened, and tastes great! Our home offers high speed wireless Internet and internet connected TVs for streaming. The cell phone coverage is spotty in the area depending on your service provider.

This home is totally 'non smoking.' If smoking occurs indoors, additional fees will be assessed. No pets are allowed on our property. The home has exterior cameras for our guest's safety. These are very visible and not hidden in any way.
