Welcome to #LakeshoreLodgeSC! We are so glad you are considering us for your vacation. This property is located in Leesville, SC in a beautiful family-friendly neighborhood with a lovely pool, dock and kayaks and loads of driveway parking. We have a very generous deck for enjoying the views, as well as seating available by the pool and dockside!

The interior of the house was renovated from top to bottom in early 2021 and is the perfect spot for families looking to unwind. The décor and furnishings were carefully chosen by the homeowners and are comfy and casual with a relaxing undertone. This is a loved and cared for family home that we hope offers you many fun times, happy memories, and warm moments of togetherness for you and your group!
The front entry foyer opens to the great room where the brand new kitchen, dining and living areas a located with French doors leading out to the back deck and pool area. The living room sofa pulls out to a full size bed and a full bathroom with spacious stand-up shower are located off of the main floor hallway, adjacent to a door leading directly to the back pool deck. A laundry room and the stairs leading up to two guest bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the second level is also located off of the main hallway and entry foyer.
The primary bedroom suite is on the main level of the home with a king bed, seating area, large walk-in closet, and spacious 6-piece bathroom including a freestanding soaking tub, separate glass shower, double sink vanity, and custom tile work throughout.
The first of two upstairs guest rooms has a queen size bed, television, and a spacious closet. The second bedroom is truly for the children or the young at heart and has a twin-over-twin bunk and a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. There is a closet and dresser for storage and views out to the lake and pool deck. The spacious upstairs bathroom has double sinks and a tub/shower combo with custom tile work throughout.
The pool is 30+ years old and the plaster is not as milky white as it once was, but this is due to age, not lack of cleanliness. The pool filter system is lower flow/pressure than you may be used to but it is maintained on a weekly basis by a professional pool company. Please do not touch the pool equipment during your stay, let us know if you have a question about the system prior to making any adjustments. You will be responsible for using the pool brush and skimmer to clean any debris that may accumulate during your stay. This pool is outside and we cannot help if any bugs or fallen leaves happen to fall into the pool between the cleaning and your arrival time. The pool is balanced and maintained all year long. It is NOT heated so the seasonal open times are from May to October.
We do our best to ensure everyone enjoys their time at the #LakeshoreLodgeSC and are more than happy to address any issues you may have during your stay. Please do not hesitate to let us know if there is anything that we may do to help you along the way, we are accessible by text, phone, or Airbnb message.
The home is located in Leesville, SC in a beautiful family-friendly neighborhood. Leesville is a quiet slow moving town about 30-40 minutes from downtown Columbia, SC.
Car is the dominant mode of transportation unless you plan to travel in by boat! Plan to rent a car if you are flying in, Leesville does not have regularly have Uber of Lyft drivers available. Better Boating in Leesville is the closest boat rental business to the home. You may use the private dock, the owner keeps their pontoon parked at the dock but it is not for your use during your stay.
You will receive a “boarding pass” upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details!
Please note that if your stay is longer than 3 weeks, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee. This will be sent through a money request.
We are very close to the water and on a wooded lot, expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.

The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.
You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.
Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
