This Ultra Modern Villa is a gorgeous lake house right on Lake Murray. Upon pulling into the driveway, you are greeted with a welcoming home and beautiful views. When you step inside this home, you will be blown away with the luxurious decor and one-story floor plan, accommodating for any guest.

Living Room:
The living room is furnished with a sofa and two chairs. There is a 55” SmartTV. There is a fireplace with a marble mantel that is the focal point of this room (the fireplaces are NOT functioning & not for guest use). The sliding glass doors give you lake views while inside the home.

Kitchen:
This kitchen is beautifully decorated with a marble backsplash and counter tops. The bar top has 3 stools for extra seating. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen for you to take care of any laundry before heading home.

Dining Room:
The dining room is located right off of the kitchen and living room on the porch. The table has seating for up to 5 people with extra chairs. Enjoy lake views while sharing a meal together, no matter the time of year.

Primary Bedroom:
The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed. There are plenty of windows providing a lot of natural light as well as a sliding glass door for you to enter the porch. Even from bed, you can enjoy the amazing views that this house offers. There is a desk with a monitor in the primary bedroom for any business travel.

Bedroom 2:
This bedroom is furnished with a king bed.

Bedroom 3:
This bedroom is furnished with a queen bed.

Backyard:
The large backyard is the perfect location to make lots of memories with your family. There are outdoor chairs for you to relax on and plenty of grass space to lay out or run around. Go swimming in the lake or just enjoy the gorgeous South Carolina weather. The dock is available for you to use to rent a boat from a nearby location or bring your own boat and launch from the boat ramp.

You will receive a “boarding pass” upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details!

Please note that if your stay is longer than 3 weeks, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee. This will be sent through a money request.

This home does have EXTERIOR ONLY security cameras that are actively recording comings and goings from the property on the driveway side and the lake side of the property.

We are very close to the water - expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.

The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
