Planee sus próximas vacaciones en la hermosa Ocean Isle Beach, Carolina del Norte, donde experimentará un ambiente relajado y relajado. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of space, short walk to the beach and the pool was the evening gathering spot. Cousins got to reconnect and lots of fun and memories made. We loved our stay!

Wonderful place!

Me and some of my best friends stayed here and we had the best experience. The property was wonderful, the house was clean and spacious. We had a few issues upon checkin but Christine communicated with us and help get them fixed asap. Will definitely stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful vacation in this home. It was large enough for our group and the pool was amazing. We love this neighborhood and the beach is only a short walk away. The owner checked on us when we arrived to make sure everything was ok-she was very sweet and responded quickly during the rental process. This is our new favorite beach house and we plan to be repeat customers!

Great vacation home

We loved spending the week at this home. Located on a quiet street, this house is a three-minute walk to the beach. The pool is a nice amenity, and we spent so much time enjoying the pool and deck area. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Perfect getaway

We had 14 in our group and everyone had a great time! The pool and house was clean! Each family had there own bathroom. And beach access was so close! Loved it. Definitely will be back!

Great house. Having the pool was a definite plus with small children and when it was too windy to enjoy the beach. Had a slight issue with the locks on the house but it was quickly addressed with the property manager. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Nice location and the pool is everything!

We are really glad to have found this property that opened up for our multi-generation family vacation (age range from 4 months to 70 years). The house had just the amount of bedrooms we needed and being able to pile multiple kids in the bunk room was great. Having the private pool was CLUTCH for times we wanted to hang by water but not trek it out to the beach. Access to the beach is a few minute walk and was manageable with kids and gear. One warning - and this isn't a criticism of the property itself but just an FYI for other renters - the beach access has multiple flights of stairs and no ramps, so having rolling gear like carts and wagons are pretty useless. This did make it a little harder to get everything we needed out to the beach with young kids, but we ultimately managed just fine. The kitchen was well stocked and having so many bathrooms was great. A few in our party found the beds harder than they preferred but made do. Walking distance to the center of OIB was nice. Overall a great stay!

We had a great family vacation. The house was perfect size for us all and was clean upon arrival. The pool was a nice area and when asked if we could get it an extra cleaning the owners were easy to contact and had someone out that day. Two things I would address are the kitchen utensils and pots and pans. They are outdated, some items being rusted and should be replaced. Second is garbage pickup. We were instructed to pull the bins out on Tuesday and Saturday mornings. However, the garbage pick up was at 6am! It would!recommended that you tell renters to put the cans out the night before! Otherwise a great place to spend our vacation.

I am glad our guests enjoyed their stay and sorry they feel the kitchen utensils are outdated. No one else has ever complained about our kitchen items. We try very hard to stay on top of things like this. If anything is rusted, we don’t know about it. I do know that kitchen baking sheet pans start to look bad quickly and this may be the issue. I did purchase new baking pans recently and hope they have not disappeared. We have lots of stainless steel pots and pans, casserole dishes, platters, even a crock pot. I am going down soon and will reassess the kitchen items. We truly want our guests to have the items necessary to make their stay enjoyable. The information I send to renters says that the garbage is picked up on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and I will make sure that the information does instruct them to put cans at the road the night before. We do appreciate suggestions as to how to make our home even better and I hope these guests will return.

Fun family time.

This property was well suited for our family beach vacation. We had 12 there the first week and 10 there the second week. The layout worked well for everyone and the accommodations were exactly as stated. When contacting the owner, we always got an immediate response. We definitely go back to this house.

Great family home with relaxing pool

Had a great family vacation- beach access was very close. All bedrooms each have their own bathrooms- a plus- Fully equipped kitchen. Lots of room to spread out, with back covered screen porch, chairs on the bar area and large table with 8 chairs. Our two favorite spots were the pool with comfortable Adirondack chairs & lounge chairs. Sun & shade for all to enjoy. Our other favorite spot was late evenings on the front porch, watching moon & the stars. You can hear the waves, a nice cool breeze. Owners were great to work with. Lots of Memories made 😎 Jan & Greg

Fantastic Experience

This beach home definitely met our needs and we had a great time. There was ample space for our 4 generations of family from 88 years to 5 years. The house appeared clean upon arrival and it was. Due to the pandemic and ages of our family members, we’d brought cleaning supplies to further clean. We didn’t find any surfaces that were unclean. The kitchen was very well stocked. Also due to the pandemic, we made both breakfast and dinner daily so having enough dishes and pots and pans was important. A nice grocery store was nearby. We enjoyed walking on the beach and the walk was short enough that our youngest to the oldest could easily walk. Our grandchildren really enjoyed playing in the pool in the evening and having it to themselves. Their great-grandparents were able to watch from the screened in sun porch. The internet service was great. We’ve rented several homes through VRBO before but Christine has been the best! She was easily accessible and very responsive. I readily recommend renting this home.

We discovered Ocean Isle Beach when our two girls were young. It's been a great family getaway, and we have lots of vacation memories from Ocean Isle Beach. We're making more memories there now with our nine precious grandchildren. We enjoy riding bikes and taking long walks on the wide beach! We enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and also appreciate the short distance to Myrtle Beach, Calabash and Wilmington if we want more shopping, restaurants or live entertainment. It's the best of both worlds!

We discovered Ocean Isle Beach in 1991 when we started going there with good friends who had a home there. We love the relaxed atmosphere and family environment at Ocean Isle Beach. The location of our house in Summer Place is great because It is so close to the beach, (and we offer a private pool) ! Ocean Isle Beach is also a short drive to Myrtle Beach or Wilmington, NC. Therefore, we have the best of both worlds - the quiet vacation spot and the convenience of larger areas offering great shopping, restaurants and live entertainment.

We can enjoy sun or shade with the large sun deck, covered porch or screened-in porch, enjoy the beach or just hang out by the private pool. There is also a small putting green by the pool.
