This is the perfect OIB home for your family vacation, any time of year. Located on the lower end of a canal toward beach - short 3 minute direct walk to the Raeford St. ADA-accessible beach access (no steps make it easy to transport all your beach gear).

Private heated swimming pool with adjacent deck overlooking canal and gas grill.

New game room and bar area adjacent to pool area, with shuffleboard table, foosball, and 75" smart tv.

4 levels of decks with all new composite decking on the expansive decks overlooking the canal and made other updates.

EV charger for electric vehicles (Level 2) - no need to rely on the 1 public charger on the island!

This home has been recently renovated with luxury finishes throughout. You’ll love the renovated kitchen, all new master bath with large tile shower, new granite counters in all bathrooms, and 65” TV in the family room.

Enjoy the sunsets, waterfront views, and outdoor relaxation and dining from the 5 decks overlooking the canal, including a rooftop deck with views to the ocean and across OIB. Dock your boat (direct access to ICW) or use the included 4 kayaks.

Two of the 5 bedrooms are located on the main level, and the remaining three on the upper level. The 5 bedrooms can sleep up to 14 adults and children (2 king beds, 4 queen beds, 2 twin beds). 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms, while 2 of the bedrooms share a 1.5 bathroom between them (ideal for families/children), with a powder room (1/2 bath) on the main level.

The kitchen is recently renovated and has everything you could need, including new appliances, indoor seating for 12 (8 at table, 4 at bar), and ample cookware and dinnerware.

The wifi/internet is high-speed (400mbps) and all TVs are new smart TVs with all of the apps you'd expect for use with your streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, HBO+, Youtube TV). Use of our Youtube TV account is included for streaming local and cable channels (major networks, ESPN, etc.).

We really enjoyed this house. It's a great location, about a three minute walk to the beach. The house is clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had 12 family members there and it was a great size for us. I particularly liked the deck areas. The bikes and kayaks also added to our enjoyment.

Another wonderful vacation at OIB! Great house, more than enough room for 10 adults and two children, beautiful decor, all the beach and pool amenities, amazing salt water pool, game room with tv viewable from the pool so we didn’t miss any World Cup games Direct street access to stroller/wheelchair beach access. Great house, wonderful amenities, including views of the ocean from widow's watch and the canal from all decks. Kayaks were great and easy to get into the water. Jason was quick with communication and let us check in early since the house was available. Short walk to the beach. May want bikes to get to town as that is a longer walk.

Beautiful home! Responsive and thoughtful owner. We had a couple questions that were quickly answered. Plenty of space to spread out and activities to keep everyone entertained. Loved the game room and fishing/kayaking off the dock. And watching sunsets from the crow’s nest. We are already planning another trip. Thanks for a great stay!!

My family of 12 just got back from our trip. If there was a rating higher than 5, I would have given it that. Especially Jason and his communication with us. We had some issues with the TV’s and after us not being able to fix it ourselves, he immediately had someone come over and take care of it in person. Same when we couldn’t get the pool to heat up. He had it instantly taken care of. Everything else was smooth sailing after that. There was so much for my family to do at the house. If I were to make any suggestions, I would say that if you don’t like doing laundry during your vacation, bring some towels and washcloths from home. Only one towel and washcloth per person for the week. I would recommend at least 2 per guest. We like the stay so much that we are already looking to book next year. Highly recommended

Great house in a great location!

Best vacation we had in a long time. The house was better than described and the location was perfect. Just two blocks from the beach with almost no traffic going by the house. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Highly recommend! Perfect host, great location on canal and very short, direct walk to the beach. Awesome house - very clean with all the amenities, and decorated perfectly for the beach! We all agreed we will definitely stay here for another family vacation at Ocean Isle Beach!

Consistently Fantastic

We've stayed at this property a handful of times and everything has always been wonderful! We are guaranteed to find all we need in the house, the location is perfect and communication is phenomenal. The kids and adults loved the game room addition during our rainy downtime. Excellent addition!

Superior House, Amazing Owners!

We love this house! This was the 3rd or 4 time at this OIB property and we will be back!! Great space, beautiful interior but still comfortable. Owners are amazing; personable and responsive. We had a wonderful week 🌊

Amazing stay!

This house is everything that is described and more. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking breakfast a breeze. Outdoor patio was great for visiting and dock was great for fishing. Everything about this house is perfect. Would recommend to anyone!
