This is a beautiful fully renovated home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a great living area with a large flat screen smart TV and plenty of seating spaces, a state of the art kitchen, a charming dining room and a spacious outdoor area.

MASTER BEDROOM - king bed, private bathroom, SmartTV, Alexa, dedicated workspace desk and chair, closet and dresser.

Guest Access:
You will receive access code to the smartlock two days prior your arrival. The entire house is available for guests. Locked cabinets are for housekeeping/owners access only. Free parking is available in the driveway. Garage items located in the shelf, fridge and fishing rods are not available - those are for owners use only. Car in the garage should not be accessed.

The Neighborhood:
Largo is a city located in Pinellas County, Florida. It's known for its proximity to the Gulf of Mexico and its beautiful beaches. Largo offers a mix of residential, commercial, and recreational areas, making it a popular destination for both residents and visitors.

This is a fully residential and quiet neighborhood. The house is in a dead end street.

Being in close proximity to the beaches, this area has easy access to outdoor activities and recreational opportunities. Residents and visitors might enjoy strolling along the nearby beaches, participating in water sports, or simply relaxing by the water.

In terms of amenities, you could find shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, and other conveniences within a short driving distance. Largo also has its own local attractions, parks, and entertainment options that residents and visitors can enjoy.

Getting Around:
FLORIDA BOTANICAL GARDENS: Located 1.4 miles away (4 min drive), The Florida Botanical Gardens is a 182-acre botanical garden. The park showcases flora, fauna, and natural resources in motivational surroundings that promote environmentally friendly techniques.
RECREATION CENTER: At Vonn Road is Largo’s Southwest Recreation Complex. For a small fee, you can enjoy an Olympic-
sized swimming pool, tennis, gymnasium, fitness center, and a wide variety of programs like fitness classes, arts and crafts, dance, and martial arts to name a few.
BEACHES: The closest beach is Indian Rocks Beach. We also highly recommend making a trip to Clearwater Beach, which is north on Gulf Boulevard. It is a beautiful drive.
RESTAURANTS: Good place for pizza is Mike’s Pizza and Pub and Jake’s Coastal Cantina for tex-mex. Most of the seafood restaurant near the beach are really good, and Tropical Ice Cream and Coffee on Gulf Boulevard is fantastic.
