Spring training getaway

Overall a good stay.Not a big deal but there was a big section of the privacy fence missing and the butcher block counters in the main bathroom and kitchen aren’t in the best shape, but it was a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to Bay shore drive which is a nice stretch to take a walk,all in all would stay again.

Home away from Home

Perfect!!! This property is comfortable, beautiful, clean and close to St Armands Circle and Lido Beach. The homeowner did not hesitate to respond back to us when a question came up. She was very quick with responding and kind. Her attention to detail was amazing, even a book with information on things to do in the area. Will stay here again and highly recommend.

Clean and lovely

My husband and I rented this place for 10 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Clean, recently renovated, quiet, has all essentials, new furniture, comfortable beds and very welcoming hosts. It's very close to the airport and the Ringling museum and only15 mins drive to Lido beach. Someone mentioned in the comments the air conditioner unit on one of two bedrooms which was a bit noisy at times but we used the ceiling fans during the night which were quiet and kept the place cool. We highly recommend this rental.

Perfect house!

This house was cute and clean! Perfect location…all the amenities you would need. Very comfortable stay. We were thrilled and will return. And thank you Christine for both restaurant recommendations….we absolutely loved Shore!

A very fun place

This home is a wonderful place to stay while in Sarasota. It is bright, cheery, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the fun aqua colors and decorations; we spent a lot of time on the outdoor patio. Christine's immediate attention to a small toilet issue was much appreciated. Downtown Sarasota is just a ten minute drive or less with lots of great restaurants, shopping and easy parking. Beyond are the great beaches on the Keys and more great restaurants and shopping. On our to-do list even before we arrived were Marie Selby Botanical Gardens and Ringling Museum. For us, those two spots were not to be missed and were greatly enjoyed. My husband, grown up daughter and I truly recommend this home for your visit to Sarasota. Liz D.

Great house!

Beautiful property, exactly as described. Comfortable beds, inviting patio, great location to so many things in the area. Everything was clean, owner was responsive to questions. Fantastic neighborhood to walk and bike. Definitely would stay again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay at this charming home on a quiet street in Sarasota that is not far from lots of activities. It was immaculate, attractively decorated, and there were many thoughtful touches throughout . The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and was so cute! The bathroom had a modern standup shower that felt luxurious, and there were plenty of fluffy towels and beach towels. Every question I had was answered quickly. The location was close to downtown Sarasota, and great restaurants. Beautiful beaches were a pretty quick drive. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you for the great place, Christine!

Great first time VRBO experience.

The property was just as described! Very cute and cozy. Just 5 minutes or less from the airport. Near jungle gardens and mini golf. Not much of a bay access though so we ventured to Lido beach each day, just a 12-15 minute easy commute. Was a great beach. (Preferred over siesta beach. ) Great restaurants in Armand’s circle and downtown Sarasota (10 min drive).

Long weekend

Great time away

We live in central Illinois and were looking for a place to get away for a bit. Checked on VRBO and found this listing. The pictures looked appealing and the host was super easy to work with. We got there, checked in (super easy), got situated, and everything was just as it was presented. There was a horrible snow storm at home and we were enjoying the sun. Wonderful place to stay. Thank you!

Adorable mid century modern cottage

This place is even cuter than the pics. Super clean and nicely stocked. We had everything we needed. Enjoyed the grill on the very private patio! Host was great!! One of our best VRBO stays yet.

Lovely stay

We were visiting friends in the area and the house was a great fit. The pictures are accurate and the house was super clean and comfortable. Close to the airport and downtown Sarasota, hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend.

The property manager Christine was very thorough she reached out to me a couple of times to make sure everything was going well she even made arrangements for me to lengthen my stay the whole experience was very enlightening I would definitely recommend this property
