Everything about the house, location and property was superb!! The house was very well equipped, clean and spacious. Stanley and Bo provided a warm welcome and available for any needed communication. I highly recommend this property.

The perfect house

We are a mature group of 6. For over 30 years, we have traveled to the Leland area in the Fall. This home is by far the most beautiful home that we have stayed at, it was simply perfect for us. From the three 1st floor en suite bedrooms with the large 2nd floor bedroom with bathroom and kitchenette to the well appointed chefs kitchen accommodated our group perfectly. We were fortunate to have wonderful weather and spent a great deal our time on the back covered patio overlooking the lovely landscaping and river views. Bo and Stanley were delightful to work with and it is clear attention was spent on every detail. We plan on returning next year.

Amazing riverfront property near town…

What a beautiful spot….our group of long-time friends has travelled a lot, and were thrilled with the property, the view, the furnishings, and the 4 en-suite bedrooms. Outdoors has large covered seating area, gas grill, and fireplace…. The kitchen has high-end appliances; laundry room and pantry were extra bonus rooms. In summer and early fall, you can see classic wooden boats traverse the “narrows”In the back of the house… Worth the investment for a great get-away!

Dream House!!

We stayed at the River House in Aug. Incredible house in an amazing location- the river views are stunning! We have been vacationing in the Leland area for 20 years and this property is like no other. The house fit all 8 of us comfortably and the pier worked perfect for our boat. Stanley the owner was a pleasure to work with, made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We highly recommend this property. We can’t wait to get back up there!!

Amazing property with breathtaking views!

Our stay at River House was absolutely wonderful. The house was so well appointed with views of the river and Lake Leelanau. The water lilies on the river and the gardens were soothing to the soul! We truly appreciated that each bedroom and an en-suite, making it equitable for all who shared the cost of this spectacular home. Stanley, the owner was very welcoming and easy to talk to. I would definitely stay at River House again when we travel to Leland in the future.

The most amazing home

We rented this gorgeous home for our daughters wedding in Suttons Bay. It was a quick 15 min drive to the venue, Ciccone Vinyard as well as 15-20 drive to Northport. It is truly the most beautiful home we have ever rented. Everything was perfect and the huge kitchen was the perfect spot for all of us to gather every day. We can’t say enough about this home. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

Perfect!

Beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our weekend with friends. Especially appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was amply stocked, the common area was beautifully decorated, and the view of the river was spectacular.

We are a 3rd generation Leland summer vacationer family. Our family owns 8 cottages in the Leland area and come up each summer with our fourth and fifth generations.

This property was meticulously built to the highest building standards and no expense was spared in having it finished as perhaps the finest summer cottage in all of Leland. The design work was done by a design expert from Scottsdale AZ and all furnishings are as good as you can find anywhere. This is a true luxury cottage for the renter who wants the very best. Bring your own boat and dock it on the river during your stay, you are only a 2 minute ride down the river to get to Lake Leelanau. This is a very exclusive rental and available to those renters who want to enjoy the finest in vacation amenities.
