This home was perfect for our family vacation! It comfortably fit my husband and I, our son and his wife, our daughter and her husband and their 14 month old baby. We absolutely love Leland and have been going there for over 35 years. This was our first day right in Fishtown and we absolutely loved it. The location couldn’t have been better and the views of the sunset were amazing. I communicated quite a bit with the property manager before the stay, and she was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this home!

Perfect location

This place is perfect for families of all sizes,there are two separate living areas and each has its own kitchen. Everything was as described and exceptionally clean! We loved that everything was in walking distance and the views were amazing! We will definitely be back! Oh don’t forget to try the chubby Mary at the cove restaurant 🐟

Amazing spot in the best little town!!

This was our second year in a row staying here and we’ll be back next year. Love this location and all of the space for my husband and two kids, my sister, husband, & daughter, and my parents! Great views and everything you could need! We’ll be booking again next year!!

This is a fantastic property! Steps away from the cute Leland downtown and Fish town. Food, coffee (Madcap) and ice cream close by. Lots of beds for a big family. Thanks for sharing your home!

Excellent location and very clean!!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Leland! The location couldn’t have been better and everything was clean and well stocked with dishes, cleaning supplies and even spices! We had 2 families staying together and had plenty of room to have our own space and room to congregate as well. It was perfect for us, and the communication was excellent! Thank you!!

clean townhouse in perfect location

our family loved our stay here. townhouse was clean and spacious. we walked to town every day. only one star was removed for check-in as there were no directions on VRBO for me to do so independently, and I had to call the property manager, who was very helpful.

Fabulous location

Loved this house in Fishtown. We could walk to so many shops, restaurants, and activities. 9 of my family members stayed here comfortably.. If anything, I would have loved the 3rd floor room to have more twin beds (maybe bunks) so more kids could sleep together. Overall it was so great.

Prime time!

This property is awesome. You can't ask for a better location in Leland. We had two couples and two infants and it was the perfect amount of space to hang together but also give each other space when needed. Town is a stones throw away and the beach is another 3 minute walk. So glad I found this place

Wedding Weekend

Amazing property that allowed enough space and privacy for all. We loved the view while we enjoyed our morning coffee and the sunset was beautiful from the 2nd floor. Beautiful little town and great food at the Cove. We had everything we needed already in the home such as linens, towls, and laundry soap so we didnt need to worry about that. Cute little grocery store a quick block or 2 away and a few coffee shops to visit. I loved all the little stores and the friendliness of all the shop owners. Great location for day trips to multiple places so close such as wineries and traverse city. Will stay again!

GREAT location!

The property is perfectly located in downtown Leland, providing easy walks around town to Fishtown, restaurants, shops, Van’s beach, etc. The condo was much more spacious than expected - 4 bedrooms spread over three floors with two kitchens/dining areas, two living rooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. The space was very clean and well-organized. The only bummer was that there are no reserved parking spaces, which made things a little tricky when we arrived to unpack the car and coming back at peak times during the day with a sleepy toddler. We would park several blocks into the adjacent neighborhood and walk back to the condo. However, the town quiets down around dinner time and allowed us to move our car to a parking space right outside the door in the evenings. Overall a great stay and a great value!

Lovely Leland!

This apartment was so very convenient in Leland. We stayed 3 nights. Took the ferry to South Manitou Island for one day. The ferry meeting spot was about 45 second walk. Next day was exploring the shops in Leland. Ate dinner at Hop Lot Brewery in Sutton's Bay (another GREAT little town). So much else to do in this area. This is a great central location for exploring. The apartment is really 2 units. Main floor is kitchen, bath, 2 bedrooms. Little porch with view blocked by shrubs. Floor 2 is a kitchen, bedroom, 1/2 bath, big bathroom. Gorgeous balcony with beautiful views of lake , boats, and that sunset! There is a 3rd floor with 2 twins. My SIL and BIL stayed up there. she said her calves were sore from climbing 2 flights of stairs so many times. We loved our visit! The very smallest negative ... bed pillows were flat as pancakes. I goofed and didn't bring my own. But this is my only criticism.

Amazing Location!

My family and I had the best time during our trip and stay here! The location of this property couldn't have been better and we were all raving throughout the trip about how awesome it was to be right in the heart of Fishtown. We mainly utilized the upstairs kitchen, but I imagine it could be very convenient to have two for some families! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the upper balcony each night and enjoying the lovely view and look forward to staying here again next year!

Beautiful views of the harbor and incredible sunsets

We really enjoyed our stay here! Comfortable beds on the first and second floors. The third floor mattresses were not comfortable for adults, but probably would be fine for kids. Great kitchens with all you would need to prepare meals. The grocery store, the shops, and Fishtown are within easy walking distance. We loved the deck --perfect for reading, watching the harbor, and grilling!

Girls Weekend to Fishtown

Wonderful location & accommodations for our girl's weekend. Perfect location to Suttons Bay, Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Mary Lou was exceptional in securing us a second house to accommodate our large group after unexpected changes to our original reservation. Quick to respond to any inquiries we had. Looking forward to a return trip.

Harbor view - Leland michigan

It was everyone I’d hoped it to be. We were in town for a family wedding at one of the wineries. The home offered us great space to hang out together and space for each of us to have a alone time. Sitting on the balcony watching the marina- people and sunset, was the perfect way to end our day.

Excellent location

Never needed the car, except to tour the region. Home has a great setup and is in the heart of it all. You’ll see and hear the tourists from the deck, and feel lucky to have more than a day trip.
