Condo amenities like the pool and grounds were great. View was amazing. Kitchen appliances were top notch. The only negative is that the property management company skimps on everything they provide including toilet paper, soap, and necessities for the kitchen. For an upscale property, you would expect that they would offer more.

Thank you for your review and for highlighting the pool, grounds, beautiful views, and well-equipped kitchen—we’re so glad you enjoyed those aspects of your stay. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the starter supplies. Our homes are stocked with an initial set of essentials such as toilet paper, soap, and basic kitchen items to get guests settled in, but they are not intended to be replenished for the duration of the stay. That said, we understand your perspective, especially for a luxury property, and will certainly share your comments with our team as we continually evaluate ways to enhance the guest experience. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Beautiful condo! Perfect trip!

We had such an amazing stay at the Buena Vista condo. The views were absolutely stunning. The pool was perfect and we loved having the beach just a few footsteps away. There was plenty of room for my two kids and my parents. The bedrooms were roomy, and the beds were super comfortable. The property manager was quick to respond to questions. We had such a great trip and cannot wait to return!

Gorgeous condo on the Beach

Everything as described in the listing. Gorgeous condo with top of the line everything! Steps from the beach with a beautiful heated pool and hot tub. The deck was perfect for breakfast, lunch & dinner! Quiet location and the beach was not overcrowded at all. Ocean was warm and clear. Found multiple sand dollars along the sandbar.

Amazing Property that Exceeded ALL Expectations

The property is beautiful, the views are spectacular and the location was perfect for us. It was perfect for our extended family of 8 from 68 to 8 months. We were steps from the beach. There is a great shared pool for an afternoon cool down and close proximity to everything on the island. My only “negative” is there wasn’t a bathroom on the pool/ground level and that wasn’t really a negative. We made it work.

Aspectos positivos: Ubicación
Beautiful property and beautiful location. My only pet peeve was they did not provide coffee filters nor enough trash bags and dishwashing liquid/detergent. I had to ask for more and was told "we provide a starter pack". At this price point I think they should provide enough of these supplies for your stay and the number of people. Would not be a problem if you are a local and could bring your own, but we flew in for our stay and should not be expected to purchase trash bags and cleaning supplies for their property. They did abide by my request and reluctantly delivered four more trash bags and an extra starter set. Otherwise highly recommend and would've given them an excellent rating.

Hi Julie, Thank you for your feedback and for choosing Buena Vista 4 for your stay on Anna Maria Island. We’re very happy to hear you enjoyed the property and its beachfront location. We also appreciate your comments regarding the starter supplies. Our homes are stocked with an initial starter set of essentials to help guests settle in upon arrival, and we understand this may be less convenient for guests traveling by air. We were glad to provide additional items during your stay and will certainly take your feedback into consideration as we continue reviewing the guest experience. Thank you again for your recommendation, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
