We had a fabulous stay! The home was beautiful and perfect for our getaway. Everything was comfortable, clean, and enjoyable. We had virtually everything we needed for our stay and our host were more than accommodating. The winter scenery was picturesque (especially the family of whitetail deer that would visit periodically). I can’t wait to book the home again. 10/10 would recommend for a long weekend away.

As expected and then some!!!

We had a great time reuniting with two of or daughters and their families. Plenty of bedrooms and baths, kitchen was well stocked, pool was fabulous, outside seating, TV, grill, fire pit and plenty of green space for yard games, pool and ping pong table and a very nice home theater. Fun was had by all!

Great for young families

We had a wonderful stay at Deer Hill, with six adults and four children. We enjoyed the pool daily and had plenty of space to spread out throughout the house and grounds. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Thanksgiving Vacation

Amazing and perfect home for our Thanksgiving stay. Adam was very accommodating and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking a thanksgiving meal for 10 of us. I would highly recommend this home.

Perfect location

We came for family vacation. Went to Legoland for the grandchildren, shopping at Woodbury Commons for the adults. Bedrooms upstairs for the children and grandchildren, a beautiful primary suite downstairs for Nana and Papa!! The kitchen table was big enough for all 10 of us to eat together. The pool was fabulous and we used the fire pit every evening. Kids played ball in the large front yard. The host was very attentive! Great experience!

Great for Families

The house is very spacious and easily accommodated our family of 6 adults and four children. There is a pack n play available to use. Beware there are 4 bedrooms upstairs and only one full bathroom. We made it work by having the primary bath shower available for the kids. There are ample other bathrooms for use during the day but with small children the full bath in the basement wasn't that useful. The living space is huge and great for children to play. They loved the basement with ping pong, duplo blocks, and a beautiful TV viewing room with very comfortable seating. Kitchen well supplied with enough pots/pans and dishes. Kuerig coffee for pods or pots of coffee. Huge table where we could all sit to eat together. The outdoor grill was wonderful to have for grilling a couple of dinners. The big hit was the pool. We were there during a heat wave and were in the pool for hours everyday. The grounds are just lovely and the home is very private. Adam. the owner was super responsive to email and text. Always heard back from him in a very timely fashion. Overall, we loved the property and would recommend it. We easily went to Legoland, went berry picking and did errands in town.

A Perfect Family Retreat in Warwick, NY

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Deer Hill in Warwick, NY, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The property is set on three-acre expanse in a lovely, and ultra-quiet neighborhood. It was an ideal home for our annual family gathering, which includes our 3 adult children, spouses and two young grandchildren. The large in-ground pool was a hit, and was a source of fun and relaxation throughout our stay. The pool has a shallow end and an 8-foot deep end. The spacious great room served as the central hub for our family. The patio area has plenty of seating, a fire pit, and a natural gas grill, and is a place to enjoy meals and conversations al fresco. The finished basement is pure entertainment with ping pong, shuffleboard, a dart board, and a cozy family area with a TV. Our evenings were filled with laughter and friendly competition for the prizes we brought along. The billiards room with its excellent pool table was perfect for some relaxing evening games. The master bedroom was exceptionally spacious and comfortable, and the beds throughout the home were all super comfortable. Location-wise, we were delighted by the nearby options for dining, with wonderful restaurants, breweries, and wineries just a short drive away. The host, Adam, is a pleasure to work with and very communicative. This home is an ideal choice for a memorable family vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting or a more accommodating host. We highly recommend it!
