- Large stone fire pit (wood provided).

- Full size massage table.
- Three work desks in the house.
- Bottled water cooler with water refills.

The space is dramatic, surprising with unique architecture. This contemporary home was originally the Gardnerville School House (circa 1928). Relax in a living room that radiates hospitality and charm. Efficient style plus inviting warmth in the custom gourmet kitchen offering marble counter tops, Wolf stovetop and double wall ovens, sub-zero fridge and a wine fridge. The centerpiece is the kitchen’s 13 feet long island. The house offers three living rooms including a TV room that has an 85” screen and a surround sound system . The primary suite, situated upstairs for privacy, has wood floors, fireplace, vaulted ceilings and Juliet balconies. The suite bathroom offers free standing tub, oversized shower and tons of closet space. All other bedrooms have plenty of space for sleep, work & play. A majority of the home has gleaming hardwood floors & tons of windows that flood the space with natural light. The finished basement level offers a hot/steam room cedar sauna as well as a workout area and additional living space. Enjoy your own private resort with an in ground salt water pool, extensive blue stone patio area and a fire pit. All the peace & tranquility you are looking for in a home that has been elegantly decorated and furnished using sustainable materials, earthy colors, and lounge like comfort.

The pool is open from mid May to end of Sep. Two hours of pool heating per day is included in reservation and an hourly charge applies after that if requested.

Upon booking you can choose red wine, white wine, rose, or kosher wine as a welcome drink. You can also choose a customized entry pass-code and the temperature you want the house upon arrival.
