Burgundy house and dovecote in the heart of a magnificent wine village

Charming, air-conditioned house in the heart of a typical Burgundy wine-growing village. We renovated this typical Burgundy house with one goal in mind: to make it comfortable and make you feel right at home!
It has 3 bedrooms with new bedding, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet, and 5 beds for 8 people. A travel cot is available upon request. The house is air-conditioned. It features a large 50m² living area with a lounge, dining room, and open-plan kitchen (with oven, extractor hood, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, wine cellar, refrigerator, and raclette machine) opening onto a beautiful terrace overlooking the village's 11th-century church.

Located on the Route des Grands Crus and the Route des Grands Crus bike route, our cottage offers an authentic experience, with all amenities within walking distance: bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, bar-tabac, butcher, pastry shop, wine bar, restaurants... and, of course, wineries offering tastings and the village château, which houses unique collections such as military aircraft, Abarths, and more. A true art of living to discover without delay!

We are a 10-minute drive from the Hospices de Beaune and 15 minutes from the Cité du Vin de Beaune. We are 30 minutes from Châteauneuf and Châlon-sur-Saône. We are 40 minutes from Dole and an hour from the gateway to the Morvan region.

Burgundy is full of historical sites to visit, such as castles and picturesque villages, as well as sporting activities such as cycling, swimming, climbing, and leisure centers for tree climbing, archery, wakeboarding, and paddleboarding!
