Welcome to the 15th floor of Ocean Reef Resort - a spectacular destination for beachgoers of all ages! This beautiful condo boasts breathtaking views off the furnished balcony as well as a host of desirable features including a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating, a dining table for four for meals or family game nights, and a sunlit living area with a flatscreen TV and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead out to the balcony for al fresco dining or just taking in the view. You and your guests will also enjoy access a variety of on-site resort amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, fitness room, and 330-feet of private beach frontage.

We loved how spacious the balcony was with a table to dine at and 4 lounge chairs to lay on. Great space. The master bed was comfy.

Family getaway.

Was very convenient just to walk out on beach, or pool area. We enjoyed our time there. Read about elevators being the problem but wasn't that big of a deal, just typical beach condo elevators with all the people that are there. Our room could have used mild renovations but no biggie, we still enjoyed it and appeared to be as clean as could be expected.

The Condo isn’t a bad place to stay , the folks who over see the condo in need to pay more attention to the Condo , the trim around the door was falling off soon as we came in the condo we noticed that , up in inspection the bathroom door was about to fall off the wall. The property folks did come fix it ! We went to cook 2 Pam is the whole condo and they where horrible pans at that , the inconvenience of the kitchen not having anything in it sucked ! Beside that had pretty great stay!

Would not recommend

Overall the location was great, check in was easy, room was decent. Lacked a few things as far as kitchen items. It was decently cleaned but the elevator situation ruined the trip. From Wednesday-Sunday if not all, most elevators was out of commission all days of our stay. It was an extreme inconvenience. We had elderly occupants with us and was not able to climb 15 flights of stairs. We sometimes waited for an elevator 30-45 minutes or more because the alternative was not on option for them. After messaging Vacasa numerous times about the situation all they offered was “sorry, we are working on it”. Down to our last day the issues was not resolved and it was a hassle trying to check out in time. I would put this into consideration when booking because this unit is located on the 15th floor and after doing my own research this is an ongoing issue with Ocean Reef.

Would not recommend

The home is in a great location. Was decently cleaned when we arrived. Check in was easy, please note they don’t offer early check in and you are not “allowed on property” down to the very minute of check in time. We arrived 20 minutes early to purchase an additional parking pass and was told we had to leave until our check in time. The unit lacked kitchen items but other than that had everything we needed for the most part. Fan/light in the living room did not work but had a lamp. The balcony was probably the nicest part of the condo, had great lounge furniture and that’s where we spent most of our time. It had a beautiful view. There was an ongoing issue with the elevator our entire stay (Wednesday-Sunday) which was a deal breaker with us. If not all elevators every single day we stayed one or more was always broke. It was an extreme inconvenience as this unit is on the 15 floor. We had elderly occupants whom was not able to climb 15 flights of stairs so at times we waited for 45 minutes or more for an elevator. We contacted Vacasa support got the “sorry, we are working on it” and nothing else. We learned this was a typical thing with Ocean Reef. I felt like Vacasa should have done more as well as Ocean Reef. We won’t be booking through Vacasa or this specific resort again.

The condo was super nice and was very spacious. Great deal for the price. We only had a few minor issues, which could have likely been figured out if we had reached out or spent more time. We could not get the tv in the main bedroom to work, but that very well could have been user error, haha! The beds were comfy and clean. The pool and hot tub area was clean and nice. Love that the condo came with a cart to tote our things in! Overall, we would stay again!

Great spot

This place was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean, has beach and pool access, and nice stores and restaurants near by. Communication was also easy for any inquiries. My only note would be the master bed was sinking, and sleeping was a little uncomfortable. However, overall highly recommended.

Centrally located, unit had everything we needed, bed was Uber comfortable! Two teenagers were with us and it was spacious enough to give them there space.

Great beach front condo

This condo was super spacious and had wonderful amenities. My family went for spring break and used both the indoor and outdoor pools. We also took advantage of the hot tub and steam room. We biked to Pier Park as well. It’s a great location and beach front. I can’t wait to go back and stay at this condo.

Great stay

The property is right on the beach and parking is very easy. Overall, the stay was great. We did not have a parking pass upon check in, but one was brought to us the next day. I liked the fact that there were staff at the condo to help if needed.

Beautiful view, unit needs work

Pros: Beautiful ocean view! The balcony was large enough to enjoy a meal ocean front. The security staff kept the property well monitored. Great location. The views from the living room and master bed were breathtaking. Cons: The unit was so dirty. The longer the first night went on the more I had to clean. The master bed needs support slats under it. You sink to the middle and spend the night digging your way back out. The master tub needs new grouting. It was black around many parts of it. The kitchen is poorly stocked, no crock pot or baking sheets, thr hand mixer doesnt work. The drawers on the dresser in the master bedroom are falling out and missing knobs. The pool was closed 2 days of our stay. Completely not the propertys fault, but a major negative was the construction at the property next door. It was so loud all day you couldnt even hear the ocean waves for all the construction. The beeping of their equipment started around 8ish and was our alarm clock every morning. This would have been a deal breaker had I known before booking.

Great Location

The property was in the perfect location. We had to contact maintenance upon arrival and our concerns were handed quickly. We would definitely recommend and rent this property in the future.

Disappointed

Was not impressed at all. Will not book anything in the future if managed by Vacasa. There were issues that were noted at check in but trying to communicate with property management to ensure they understood what the issues were, was horrible. They kept asking for the same information about the issues and damage over and over. It was like they were not even reading my responses. At one point, they even asked for the entry code via text but I refused to provide it. After 3 days of back to back chat communication where it was evident that they were not actually reading the messages that I was sending, I asked that they please just note the issues so that I would not be charged for things that were not my fault and asked that they please let me enjoy my vacation. It was very frustrating.

Great view, good location - minor notes.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Breeze. Having two small children, the separate bedroom with double beds was a great non-bunk bed alternative. Bathrooms were spacious. The balcony was awesome. Pool and hot tub were very clean and thoroughly enjoyed by us on the days we were prohibited from going into the ocean. One of the biggest issues we had was not knowing the parking would not permit cargo carriers. I couldn’t find that disclosed in any of my emails or the Vacasa app. After a 12-hour trip, dealing with that was a major headache. We were lucky to secure a parking spot outside of the garage but that will never be a guarantee. Upon our arrival, we noticed the fridge was cleaned with a heavily scented cleaning solution. It was so strong and so overpowering, it made all of the food and the ice taste like the chemical. We called to notify Vacasa of this, hoping they discontinue this in the future. Additionally, the cleaning crew placed a damaged pillow with stuffing falling out back on the couch that we had to notify about as well. The condo staff was generally nice. Joe the manager was really friendly and welcoming. There was one particular employee that did not seem as warm to the vacationers as he was to the residents. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect and it was close enough to the action without being right in the middle of it. We would visit again!
