When you walk into Unit 1103 at Ocean Reef, you will immediately feel like the beach has welcomed you inside! Beautiful views of the Gulf can be seen as soon as you enter the front door and will follow you throughout the unit. Spacious and comfortable, this condo can accommodate up to six people for a great family vacation. Ocean Reef Resort has many amenities, such as a fitness center with a water view, a Gulf front pool and hot tub, indoor heated (seasonally) pool, sauna, steam room, and outdoor grilling area. This property is also right across Front Beach Road from a mini golf course and go kart track.
There is one designated parking spot with first come, first serve visitor spots
There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the Ocean Reef Resort premises

The view was absolutely amazing. Our first morning here, we got to watch dolphins play in the ocean. Everything was clean and comfortable. Zero complaints on the condo. The only drawback was only one elevator was working the majority of our stay. Does not detract from the beauty of the view or the amazing time we had staying here. A broken elevator or two could happen anywhere. We would definitely stay here again if they would have us.

It is a beautiful property. We had an issue with the shower and it was promptly fixed right after I contacted Sun Spot. Communication was great. It was clean and well decorated and had everything we needed for a week of beach vacation. There are several beach chairs, a wagon & beach mats to lay on stored in the laundry room and it comes w 2 chairs & umbrella set up down on the beach. The furniture in the balcony was also very nice. Overall a great experience.

We love this place.

We have made PCB an annual event, and after staying in several different condos, this one is our favorite and this year was our second stay and plan to always rent this unit.

Perfect

This condo was everything I wanted and more. It was CLEAN, roomy and comfortable. Parking was handy. Beach access was quick and easy. The room had beach gear and toys which was wonderful since we flew and couldn’t bring much. The beds were comfortable and towels were nice. It was bigger than the pictures make it look unlike a lot of the condos that “stretch” the pics and you get there and it’s tiny. THE PATIO was huge. Lots of seating options we spent all of our time not on the beach on the patio looking at the beach. Overall amazing space!!

Beach Time

My wife and I enjoyed two weeks at 1103. Nice condo with everything you need for making meals and easy access to the beach with two chairs and an umbrella (bonus)!! Bed was comfortable and the living area was very comfortable. Parking was easy with an assigned stall. We would stay again.

Amazing Stay🏝🌊

Our family of 6 had such a great time and said they wanted to stay here again next year. The condo was clean and had plenty of beach supplies. There was even a beach cart that was provided that made hauling luggage from the car and beach gear to the sand. We loved that there was so much to do within walking distance. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Gréât Getaway

Although March is still a little chilly in PCB, Ocean Reef’s hot tub, indoor pool, steam room and sauna were very enjoyable. The condo is spacious (especially the balcony!). Comfy beds and furniture made it the relaxing getaway we needed.

We absolutely loved this condo. It was super clean, no smells, linens nice, mattresses were so comfortable. Beach access was awesome as my mom uses a cane to walk and the ramp was so nice. Also had beach chairs which we loved. And so thankful for having beach carts, those were so helpful. Loved this place!!

We always stay at Ocean Reef because of the great location and the surroundings. This trip was no different than any of the others. Great condo, great weather and a great time! The condo was just as listed, the check-in process was simple and the amenities were more than enough.

Nice family friendly location

We had a good time. The until was nice. We were there for about a week. The only thing really missing was extra rolls of TP and tissues. The attendant at the beach was not nice or helpful everything else was great.

Everything was great except the elevators in the building kept breaking? The entire time only 2 of 3 worked and sometimes only 1 of 3 worked. The fire department was called 4 times to get people out of the elevators out of my 5 nights stay. At one point, we didn’t leave the condo for two days out of fear of getting stuck on the elevator (the stairs were not a great option given the fact I had a 9 week old and was 9 weeks postpartum). I climbed the 11 floors twice before we decided to stop going out at night because those 2 times made me start bleeding again. However, if the elevators were not an issue, I would have rated 5/5 stars because the location, the office, and the room itself was excellent.

Awesome family vaca spot!

This was our first visit to PCB and we loved staying here. The bedroom setup was perfect for our family (3 kids aged 4, 6, and 8) and the condo itself felt like home. It has a big balcony with plenty of room to serve a meal outside on the deck, as well as a big table inside too. It had plenty of TV options for downtime, some games, and of course the perfect beach spot! The view of the ocean was beautiful, and the beach area was wonderful-- it was not overcrowded at all. We even saw dolphins, sea turtles, and 2 sea lions right off our "own" beach! We enjoyed the use of the chairs/umbrella that were included with our stay. We also enjoyed swimming in the outdoor + indoor pools. It was awesome that the laundry/storage closet had some beach/pool things to borrow, like a wagon, pool noodles, etc. We didn't use very much of this (we brought a lot with us already), but appreciated having all those options at our fingertips! Right next door was a yummy restaurant that we went to twice. Across the street we treated ourselves to homemade ice cream. Great location. Awesome family memories.

Never been to PBC and now it is a new favorite.

This was our first stay in PBC, and we have never been this far north on the Gulf Coast. We were very happy with the condo and the area. We have two early teen boys who didn't complain if that tells you anything. Ocean Reef condo is very clean, and they take pride in their building. The condo was very nice and, honestly, better than I think you would expect from the description. There are many things to do in the area, and the beach was easily accessible, very clean, and not crowded. The condo itself could use a thorough cleaning, but it was in no sense of the word dirty. Just sandy and sticky salt air gets to it over time. The one thing that was a clinching factor for me was the fitness center, but that is honestly a bust. There is a broken bench, two treadmills, an elliptical, and a bike. I made the best out of what was there, but there were no weights, and it was very small. The floor also has carpet, and I know I can't be the only person who sweat in there, sooo......yeah. All in all, we would come to PBC and stay here again. Any down sides were me nitpicking. The place is great.

The laundry rooms needs a lot of help. The faucet on the kitchen sink leaks, which was not a big concern for me, but I did let maintenance know about it. There were two electrical outlets in the master bathroom that not working and one of the batteries for the smoke alarm was bad. Maintenance fixed everything before we left except the kitchen sink.
