The main suite features a luxurious king-sized bed. While this bedroom is not equipped with air conditioning, it does have a powerful ceiling fan that moves the air quite efficiently. That, with an open window tends to keep the room cool at night. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed and a window AC.

**Banyan Tree 200 is a split level condo. While it requires no stairs to get from the condo to the unit, there are 2 steps with handrail between the kitchen/hall into the living room.

Banyan Tree 200 boasts a well-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The dining area provides a lovely space to enjoy your culinary creations, while the inviting living area is perfect for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a television and cable/satellite access.

Step outside to the outdoor space, where you can soak up the sun or enjoy al fresco dining on the lanai. The property also features a communal heated outdoor pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring.

For your comfort and convenience, the condo is equipped with air conditioning, high-speed internet access, and laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer. Safety features such as smoke detectors and emergency contact information ensure peace of mind during your stay.

Beach gear: this unit comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and a small cooler for guests use. It may or may not have some snorkel gear that was left by previous guests. We do not provide snorkel gear. Ill-fitting snorkel gear takes all the fun out of snorkeling, so it is best to rent your equipment while you are here.

Driving is optional. Unless you are planning to explore the island during your stay, you won't necessarily need a vehicle. The Kona Trolley (Hele-On Route 201) is a convenient, open-air transit option connecting Kailua-Kona and Keauhou via Ali'i Drive. The trolley runs seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with buses arriving approximately every 60 minutes. The general one-way fare is just $2.
