Recently upgraded and re-furnished and is ready to welcome our guests!
There are Cal King beds in both bedrooms, new comfy sectional sofa with chaise, combo tub/showers in both bathrooms and comfortable lounge/rocker type chairs on lanai, along with bistro style dining table. You won't be disappointed with your choice.

View was fabulous! We saw a pod of dolphins and many surfers right from our deck. We had everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Holly was quick to respond when I had a question. Great location to travel around the island from then relax on the balcony in the evening. Beautiful sunsets too!

Perfect location for beaches, down town shopping and dining. Water sports (surfing, snorkeling or siting on the beach. Beaches are just a short walk from the condo stairs or elevator . Sufficient parking space availability. A view to remember!

Nice, quiet location with amazing proximity to the ocean. Clean and easy. Everything you need for a place to be home base during an adventurous vacation on the Big Island. The location is perfect no matter what excursion you have planned.

Beautiful second-floor unit (one floor above parking) with an expansive lanai perfect for watching surfers and sunset. Very comfortable bed in the master (we didn't use the other), large and well-equipped kitchen. Convenient washer and dryer in-unit. Great location.

Holly was very responsive to our communication. We rent through VRBO at least 3-4 times a year. By far this was the best experience! So clean, well stock for your needs. Exceptional view ! We will definitely look forward to returning .

The condo was exactly as advertised: The ocean views were spectacular and the owners had provided absolutely everything we could possible need to be comfortable and enjoy the location. Special thanks to Holly, the owner’s agent. She provided great arrival info and was immediately responsive if we had a question. In that regard, she went far beyond other VRBO’s we’ve utilized.

An excellent place for us in Kona. Holly was very helpful and the lodging was perfect for us with it's proximity to the ocean view. Loved watching the surfers every morning and night, along with other sights like dolphins and parasailers.Very well stocked with everything we would need with one "tiny" exception. The coffee filters were incorrect for the coffee maker. We purchased the correct ones and left them for the next guests.Again excellent all the way around!!

Kona Vacation

We stayed here 4 nights. The property was in a great location. About 2-3 miles from downtown and just a few minutes drive from beaches. Loved having the washer/dryer, pool/hot tub. Lots of towels, kitchen very well equipped, AC worked great and fans were also available, wonderful view of the sunset. The only downside I can think of is there were cones and flagging along the beach wall in front of the unit which was a little unsightly. Overall amazing stay and would definitely stay again!

This unit was extremely stylish and comfortable. Owner thought of every thing, down to the last detail. We were greeted with Hawaiian snacks and coffee pods ready to go. Kitchen was well-appointed. The view is fantastic! We enjoyed watching the surfers and sunsets every night from the balcony. The king-sized bed was extremely comfortable. The condo building is a bit dated but the unit is modern and up-to-date.

This condo is fantastic and exactly as described and viewed in the pictures. The view both from lanai and inside is stunning and nothing beats sleeping to the sounds of the ocean. The unit had everything we needed - well stocked for cooking and lounging and CLEAN. We appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella. While the unit isn't very walkable to old Kailua town, the trolley is right outside the building (there's also a mini market across the street and farm stand next door for basic needs). I can't recommend this unit enough.

Great ocean-side condo

Nicely updated ocean-side condo. Watching the sunsets and surfers every day and going to sleep to the ocean sounds was the highlight. All rooms have been updated and the condo was spotlessly clean. Everything you could need for cooking meals was available, and the condo also included beach accessories including chairs, towels and umbrella. On-site parking was very convenient. Having the convenient location of Alii drive without noise was nice. The condo building itself is showing some signs of age and some of the condo updates are not exactly high-end (primary room dresser had some issues staying in one piece) but it was still a very comfortable stay. Would recommend as long as the price does not go up.

Thank you for your review!! Sorry about new dresser issues and I'll get that fixed right away. Not many oceanfront vacation rentals are actually furnished with true high end things, so it's true that most of the furnishings are not in the high end category, but I do always try to find good looking, usable things at a reasonable price, and have had great success with most all items to date, so that is indeed disappointing to hear about the dresser! Sounds like it didn't put too much of a damper on the stay though, which is great!
