We had a total of 7 of us staying here, all adults, for the UDA Nationals. It was a perfect location, with just a short drive to ESPN. There were a perfect number of rooms/bathrooms to accommodate us all and it felt like a home away from home. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

This host was extremely welcoming and accommodating. There was a chance we were going to need an extra night due to weather and she was willing to let us stay if needed and made herself available for any questions we had throughout the trip. Great stay

We came to town for a convention at the Gaylord and this was a perfect spot to stay off property. The check-in was easy and our host was super responsive with any questions. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay.

Great set up. Clean. Nice pool area. The door code is not the lockbox but on the door itself. A cutting board would have been nice.

Thank you for the review, very happy you enjoyed your weekend. Theres 2 cutting boards in the kitchen. They are normally either in the pantry or in the bottom cabinet next to the fridge.

The location relative to the Disney parks is fantastic, and it is convenient enough for the Universal parks as well. The pool was easy to walk to, and the slides were enjoyed. Plenty of space in the unit for our group, and it was comfortably furnished. The main drawback was the lack of noise insulation, partly from the adjacent unit, but more so from the road. Almost anytime during the night, we could hear the occasional car going over the speed bump and perhaps a utility cover or grate in the road.

Thank you for feedback the grate has been secured to the road now, it had came loose and it took about 2 weeks for the HOA to fix.

Loved the condo, walking distance to clubhouse pool. Pool bar open making day easy.

It was clean, very nice beddings, decor. It would be great to have door key lock better directions in future. We could park right in front.

So sorry it was not a 5 star experience. The check in instructions have been edited for all future guests for easy quick access, and a back up lockbox with a manual key has also been added for any guests unfamiliar with electronic key pads. Thank you for review.

Family Get-away

Regal Oaks was a wonderful place to stay. Had a beautiful pool and the kids loved the slide. Very convenient to Disney World. The house we rented was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and our host Lauren was so gracious and accommodating. If we had a question she would get back to us within minutes. I would highly recommend.

Spring Break trip

It was really easy and convenient. The property was spacious and I loved that there was a pool and workout room. The restaurant/bar didn't have the best service, but it was nice to have it there. There were 4 adults and 1 13 yr. old in our group and we were there for a baseball trip. We were close to Disney and it was easy to get to Wide World of Sports. I wish we would have gone to the left to find more food options. We would definitely return.

Amazingly clean!!! Perfect home, surrounded by so many things to do. Amazing experience!

Our first impression was the cleanliness, and the organization of the home, especially with little Harry Potter notes as reminders. We felt as if we were home! The resort staff were great, especially the pool and bartenders. The resort is surround by amenities. Everything you could think of is literally outside the gates. Great food, memories, and even in the Orlando traffic, we were so close to everything that we were able to bypass traffic, and make it to SeaWorld and Disney Springs in ten minutes. We will 100% book again. Also, communication with the owner was key during the booking, all the way until we arrived.

Condo was in a great location with lots of places to eat and shop nearby. It was very close to the Disney parks but about a 25 minute drive to Seaworld and the Universal parks. The resort itself was nice, great pool area and the grounds were well kept. The condo was clean when we arrived and there was lots of parking right outside of the unit. We had a bit of an issue getting the check in information as we did not get the email the host sent at first. The host was responsive, thank goodness, because when we did finally get the email all the codes for the gate and the unit were different in the email than the ones the host sent us via text. The ones via text were correct but not sure what the other codes were for, so maybe the email information needs to be updated. The condo has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths so lots of space, but it is very dated, but not terrible. It is a well-worn unit with basic furniture, thin bedding, older towels etc. There are lots of areas where paint is coming off the walls, dirty baseboards, old sinks and tubs, things of this nature. I would say the pictures are definitely a lot nicer looking then the condo actually is. However, it was fairly affordable to stay there for a larger group. One thing to note is that the walls and windows are very thin. You can hear people talking outside as well as every car that goes by. There is also a grate in the road that makes a loud bang every time a car goes over it. It was okay overall but we would not book again.

I am sorry you were not completely pleased. I am also not sure the review is 100% accurate the bedding its all down comforters and not cheap or thin, the pillows are always replaced if worn. I will walk through the unit again looking for any paint coming or peeling, but neither I or my cleaning team have not noticed any. We recently just painted the kitchen, hallway, stairway and upstairs hallway. Its is not a new unit it was last renovated in 2004, but is painted and deep cleaned often. The furtiture and beds are all from Ashley furniture, and dated or damaged furniture gets replaced as needed. All T.Vs are large newer smart t.vs as well. So the basic furniture comment I dont know how to address that, its just like the photos.I just checked my sent emails and I sent the codes 3 times with no response and wrote to you please check your spam folder, but there was never a reply so I apologize for any confusion. The gate code and house code do change, but for "cross over days" there's two sets of codes that will both work so everyone gets time to let the guests know of new codes for saftey. The downstairs construction is cinderblock, steal and virtually soundproof. Upstairs bedroom next to the street I'm sorry you were able to hear any noise. I'll try insulate windows better and talk to HOA about the grate to get it resolved if I was aware it was happening I would if done it sooner. I just replaced all towels in the home I would of happily sent new ones if you were displeased.

Very Clean and lots of room

I would like to suggest a few things to improve a stay. 1st The Thermostat was locked so the Temp could not be adjusted, sometimes 70 is not a comfortable temp. 2nd the 2 bedroom's upstairs needs more lighting. the small lamps do not put off enough light. Other than those 2 issues it was a nice place to stay.

Place was conveniently located to many attractions, pool area is amazing for the kids. Kids even eat free with the purchase of an adult meal around the pool side bar area. Would highly recommend for families and for anyone wishing to visit Disney parks or Universal parks.

Perfect Disney stay location.

In my search for a home to rent while at Disney for a week, I found many homes had locations dropped in the Disney area, but their addresses were actually much further away… so I was so much skeptical when I found this home. It was PERFECT! Walking distance was to Old Town and five to seven min drive to most of the park entrances. The home was clean and had a lower bedroom and bath for my elderly mom, no shower rails in bath though. There is also a half bath downstairs as well. Upstairs there was a kids room with two beds, guest bedroom with queen and master suite upstairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes to avoid eating at Disney or fast food nightly. Depending on the length of your stay, you may want to bring extra TP as only one roll per bath is provided. We didn’t learn until the end of our trip that the dryer wasn’t working well but the host was in great communication with us throughout our visit on things that needed to be addressed. The pool area was super nice. The kids must be 48 inches to ride the slide so we had one upset kiddo, but the bar staff was great and all the other guests were nice to engage with as well. Overall the place had everything we needed and in a wonderful location. We will definitely check for this rental on our next visit to the Disney area.

My family and I love the Orlando/Kissimmee area so much, we would come at least 3 times a year. We have stayed almost everywhere, and fell in love with this resort and more importantly the location. We included everything and more we would want from a property when we stayed in them.

Having teenagers its so great for them just to walk right over to Fun Spot when we are exhausted. We also enjoy walking to Old Town for the awesome variety of mixed drinks and food. Tried to make this place perfect for anyone looking for a mix of fun and relaxation. The location is key, this property is also incredibly close to all the parks and iconic sights. The pool and clubhouse area is heated contains waterslides, hot tub and a bar, the restaurant will be opening back up again the beginning of 2022. There is also a gym and minimart on sight.

The T.Vs are all smart T.Vs and large, ALL the beds are very comfortable, and 2 pack and plays for little children. The location is very unique as its the only area you can actually be in walking distance to a park with out hearing the noise. The daily and nightly events will always fill in any down time, or the amenities at the resort will never disappoint. Such a short distance to any major theme park in area as well. 6 Min to 14 Min to any Disney park/ SeaWorld.
