Our 7th floor condo sits directly on the beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. It sleeps 6 and features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, perfect for the family! It features a large 20x8ft balcony for you to enjoy the beautiful emerald coast view. Both the primary bedroom and living room feature balcony door access and gulf front water views.

The condo complex has two gulf front pools (one heated in the cooler months) and two small kiddie pools (not heated) and is just a short boardwalk to the white sandy beach.

Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, there's plenty of restaurants, entertainment, and shopping nearby.

This low density (only 48 units), beachfront condo features:

-Primary bedroom has a queen bed and writing desk, custom walk-in shower
-Second bedroom features a new queen bed (purchased June 2025) with a twin trundle bed underneath (sleeps 3). Small/stand-up shower.
-Living room has a new queen-size sleeper sofa purchased January 2025 (sleeps 2).
-3 new smart TVs (log into your personal streaming apps), plus Dish network
-Washer/dryer in unit
-Stocked kitchen
-Starter pack of dish soap and detergent, trash bags, laundry detergent, and soap.
-Kitchen table for four plus 2 bar stools at the bar
-Communal luggage carts available in the lobby
-Pack n play
-Complimentary board games, puzzles, and books

On-Site Parking:
-$30 parking pass per vehicle, per stay (2 vehicle maximum), paid at the guard stand. Per HOA rules, no trailers, campers, attachments, and motor homes etc. are allowed in the parking lot.

**Additional Information:
-No smoking/vaping (no smoking inside or outside on the balcony).
-Minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years of age.
-No Pets
-No Parties
-Bath towels included, but please bring your own beach towels
-Beach chairs/umbrella are not provided
-For stays longer than 8 nights, we require our cleaner to clean/change bedding/provide fresh towels, etc. during the stay. This will be an additional cleaning fee that will be added after booking.
