A spacious family home located in Les Authieux sur Calonne, just 5 minutes from Pont-l'Évêque and 25 minutes from the Côte Fleurie. This renovated old mill combines charm and comfort, for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

For lovers of beautiful authentic Norman properties, this house is made for you. The charm of the old will bring originality to your stay.


The house can accommodate up to 10 people, with the possibility of adding two children's beds on request (linen at an additional cost). On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, a bright dining room with fireplace, and a spacious living room with TV and large windows to enjoy the natural light.

On the first floor, two bedrooms with double beds, each equipped with its own private bathroom (shower, WC). On the second floor, a large landing leads to three bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (bath, WC), another with two single beds and bathroom (bath, WC), and finally, the master suite with private bathroom and WC, as well as a sofa.

Outside, you can relax in the garden, with a terrace where you can have barbecues for your summer evenings and listen to the sound of the gentle river La Calonne running through the garden. A table tennis table and a badminton net are also available. In addition, you can park up to 4 cars on site.

For your convenience, this home has many amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Wifi is also available throughout the house.

Ideal for a stay with family or friends, "Les Trois Moulins" offers you comfort, space and tranquility close to many local attractions.

Note that this house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility as it has two floors but no bedroom on the first floor.

Pets, as long as they are clean and well behaved, are welcome in this house.

Babies are welcome at MyPacôme Conciergerie! For your comfort, a travel cot and a high chair are already available on site. If you need additional equipment, we offer the rental of cots and high chairs, delivered and installed before your arrival:
- Baby cot with mattress, mattress protector and sheets: 12€ per night
- High chair: 10€ per night
- Baby kit (cot + high chair): 19€ per night

To ensure that you make the most of your stay, our room service offers a wide range of additional services: massage at home, home chef service, wood kit, delivery of aperitif boards, wine testing (wine testing + aperitif board), car cleaning, bike rental and much more. In addition, thanks to our wellness partner, treat yourself to a moment of relaxation with the rental of a jacuzzi, available from €290 on weekends (subject to availability). All household linen, i.e. bed linen, towels, bath mats and dish towels can be provided at an extra charge of 175 euros, Bathrobes and slippers can also be provided on request, at an extra charge. On request.

Your concierge will contact you 48 hours before your arrival to arrange the schedule with you. She will give you the keys to the accommodation and will remain your main contact throughout your stay.

Arrivals are between 4 pm and 8 pm. Before your stay, you will be asked for a deposit by bank imprint (without affecting the limit of your card), as well as a certificate of civil liability.
