OUTSIDE: entrance is a private door that lets out to a paved patio-driveway followed by a yard of emerald sea of grass. Wooded tree canopies in the summer and Amber, Auburn, Crimson foliage in the fall.

DRIVEWAY: Extremely low cars tend to scrape the top of the driveway especially if the car is heavy. Backing in may help.

NEIGHBORHOOD: The Grove Park neighborhood has been a landmark since the 1940s. Mix of new construction homes, rehabbed homes, & beautiful older homes. Urban, diverse, working class neighborhood located on Atlanta’s Westside. Currently undergoing revitalization. Like many inner city areas undergoing rejuvenation, it can be a little scruffy around the edges (but is safe).Located beside an abandoned diamond in the rough (house) that hasn’t been renovated yet. Safe & quiet throughout the day and night. Perfect space for guests who embrace convenience, diversity, and urban culture in a safe transitional/gentrified neighborhood. Great for those who are looking for clean, spacious, quiet lodging away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but also a stone's throw away from it!
