Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo sleeps 6 people. This spacious oceanfront unit has 1 king in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom and 1 sleeper sofa.

Located at 5700 North Ocean Blvd in the Cherry Grove Section of North Myrtle Beach, this 10th floor condo offers a resort atmosphere for year-round enjoyment.

There is a flat screen TV in the living room and both bedrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, Wi-Fi and a beautiful view from the oceanfront balcony.

From fine dining, live theatre shows, unlimited shopping, to dozens of championship golf courses, North Myrtle Beach offers everything you want without compromising the privacy you deserve. Great location

We enjoyed our stay at Luguna Keys. It was well laid out and had great amenities. Could have been a bit cleaner. Bathrooms and kitchen were not very clean.

Great location right on the beach. The lazy river was super fun for the kids. The floors were very dirty and some dishes and sheets needed to be re-washed. Otherwise, we had a great time!

Great Location

Great views. Condo stocked well as far as the kitchen. Air conditioning went out on a Sunday but maintenance came out right away. Housekeeping should pay more attention to the floors and bathrooms. Overall we had a great time. Thanks

Quiet North Myrtle Beach SC 10th Floor Condo

Aside from some minor dings and cracks in the walls, the unit was nicely apportioned, and was just right from my wife and me. The neighborhood area is very quiet, but Myrtle Beach proper is only a few miles down the road. Parking in the garage was great to have. The veiw from the balcony overlooks the beach, and the beach area was generally only sparsley occupied.

Loved our stay!

The property was very well managed and taken care of. The condo itself was very clean, a couple signs of wear, but overall great. Our floors were pretty gross when we arrived but the management company sent someone over to clean them right away when we mentioned to them. Our little girl loved the incredible view and the multiple pool options for her 2yo size. The pool below is nice and partly shaded with a good breeze to make it easy for little ones to be out as long as they’d like. We would definitely stay again!

Nice Place

This is our second time staying at this condo. The location is great. The condo is clean. The pools and hot tubs were very nice. The only issue we had this time was we had a lot of trouble getting the key to work in the door. There was a couple of times that I thought I'd need to call someone. Other than that, we had a lot of fun and will most likely stay again.

Condo is very clean with NEW: updated flooring (no carpets), drapes, dishwasher, refrigerator, updated large screen tv & primary mattress. Free parking for 2 cars with three (3) elevators.... Snacked & drinks on the ocean front Patio... set your alarm for a view or walk on the beach for a magnificent sunrise. Happy hours are fun. Many top restaurants.Take advantage of the inside heated pool, exercise room & hot tubs. U R on a luxurious vacation!!! What a great LOCATION....

The staff at North Beach Realty was easy to work with. The Laguna Keys entrance keys were an issue during our stay. This was an issue generally heard from many other guests staying in this building. It seems over time all the locks have become difficult to operate with current keys. This unit was as described & portrayed in photos. We enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing Stay At the Ocean

We stayed at this exact property last year and there were some improvements even from last year. The new king size bed was very comfortable and a welcome upgrade. This condo is exactly as described with wonderful ocean views and a beautiful beach. The property is very well maintained as well as the pool and grounds were being attended to all day long. The property management company, North Beach Realty, is very nice to deal with. The location is far north, which we like, so you would have to drive a little to go to some of the area gems but stores are nearby. All in all a great relaxing vacation.

The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra linens. The building has fast elevators and provides carts in the garage areas for you to bring your luggage and groceries to your room. The building was secure and you only need the one key to access everything. Cherry Grove was perfect for our family. It’s not as busy as Myrtle, and close enough to everything that you need. We absolutely loved our rental and will definitely be back.
