Unit 1203 Mar Vista Grande Oceanfront Resort. STUNNING 3 BR, 3 BA -Sleeps 8.

Our 12th floor condo is located in the Four Diamond, AAA ocean front Mar Vista Grande Resort in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. This is an OCEAN VIEW unit (but a FABULOUS ocean view) that is 1699 sq ft including a 225 sq ft balcony. This unit is owned by the original owners and has never been rented before 2021. The kitchen has new (2021) stainless appliances, granite countertops, ceramic tile floors and is fully equipped. In the den is leather Lazy Boy furniture and a new 50" Samsung smart TV. Master bedroom has King bed, 40" flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Adjoining bathroom has jetted tub and large walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Bathroom has shower/tub combo. Third bedroom has 2 queen beds, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Adjoining bathroom has shower/tub combo.
ALL common areas of the property INCLUDING POOLS and HOT TUBS are covered by video surveillance for your safety. A code (which you will be provided with) is needed to get into the parking garage and into the building. PLEASE READ OUR REVIEWS!!!

The room was kept immaculate. Host was very communicative and we were never unsure of the check in process, etc. It was cold and rainy so we did not get to enjoy the pools and other beach amenities but they looked very nice. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a well maintained, nicely decorated room, with a good host, at a good complex.

This condo was absolutely amazing...it truly felt like home! Everything was clean, well-stocked, and cozy. It offered everything we needed and was in the perfect location for our Thanksgiving getaway. I give it a 10/10!!Mike is a wonderful host and always responded promptly to my questions. I will definitely book this condo again for future trips to Myrtle Beach, SC.Side note…the lobby and elevators smell wonderful!

By far the best rental and experience we’ve ever had. Condo is amazing as well as host. Excellent communication from booking through check out. The unit has everything you may need and it was spotless. The complex was beautiful and very secure. I wish I could provide more than 5 stars as the unit and host are worthy of more. I hope it will be available for years to come as we will be lifelong customers.

The condo was amazing. There was space for everyone without feeling crowded. The view was great. It was a very relaxing vacation. Mike was very thoughtful—providing all the necessary items (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc.). He answered any questions promptly. We definitely enjoyed sitting outside watching the ocean! Would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful condo with a large balcony where you can sit and enjoy the ocean view. The condo is as pictured. Mar Vista Grande is located directly on the beach. It offers an indoor and out door pool, lazy river, and a hot tub. There is a nice walk way to the beach. The owners, Mike & Emily sent all information about the condo and check in process. They responded quickly to any questions/concerns. Looking to book again with them next year.

Great place to stay

This was such a great experience. The location was great and the building was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The showers and tubs were great. The place was amazing. It was a nice touch to provide laundry tabs, toilet paper, and paper towels. The chairs in storage were such a nice surprise. The pools and hot tubs were great. The had a small tiki hut in the pool area that served drinks and food. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the great experience.

2025 Family Vacation

This was our second family stay at this amazing and beautiful condo. Pretty much everything you need for a stress free vacation is supplied, and Mike was kind enough to get a pack and play for my 16 month old grandson to use during our stay. He is always quick to respond, and all the check in and checkout instructions are clear and easy to follow.We will definitely return to this wonderful condo, and will refer friends and family without hesitation.

Fantastic Condo on the beach

3 bedrooms and 3 full baths were key. No one felt crowded and our entire family was there. It felt like home as it was not decorated in “beach theme”. The beds were extremely comfortable. We will come here again.

Wonderful vacation property

1203 is wonderful. It is inviting and feels clean and peaceful. Mike is wonderful with his communication skills and he and his wife are so friendly. My husband, daughter and I felt right at home at this fantastic property.

Myrtle Beach Stay April 2025

We highly recommend staying at 1203!!! Amazing communication with Mike the owner and he was incredibly helpful with all of our questions. The condo was bigger than we anticipated and the layout with the kids rooms in a separate hallway helped with the sound for a family of 5. The owners storage unit had plenty of extras if needed (beach chairs/sand toys/boogie boards/extra toilet paper/paper towels). The condo decor/furniture fully met our needs. We highly recommend this condo and couldn’t be happier with our stay!!!! The pool was amazing for the kids and the layout of the indoor/outdoor pool gave the kids endless amount of swimming. The location to Walmart/stores was super convenient! Thank you again Mike for making our third Myrtle Beach vacation memorable and look forward to coming back in the future!!!

Beautiful and comfortable in lovely resort

Everything is perfect in this ocean view condo. Beds and living room furniture incredibly comfy, all appliances high end and in perfect working order. Luxurious linens, and plentiful paper supplies. Very, very clean. Location is fantastic: close to restaurants and other attractions. Mar Vista Grande is a premier resort that is very well maintained, and offers lots of amenities. Host is very kind, communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Annual NMB Family Vaca

The Hounshell’s condo was as advertised. It was simply terrific, not one stone was left unturned. From the lovely decor to their thoughtful additions of hand soaps, dish pods, paper towels & TP. Like my son said “Mom, just book this place again next year”. Their unit was on the side, but you can also see the ocean. The best of both views!
